Highest recommendation to this place. Quiet, with great views. Big green yard with trampoline for kids. Big studio with plenty room. Little kitchen with all you keed for your stay. Clean and nice bathroom with hot shower. Nice balcony with astonishing views for your morning coffee. The hostess Lela is a great. Very warm and lovely person. She cooked for us late dinner, homemade khinkali, which was ver delicious, recommend to order. She also makes breakfasts. If you like cats and dogs, bring some food for them. The animals here are very friendly. This place is really one of the best accommodation place in this area. Great value for this little money.

There are not many restaurants nearby, so if you don’t have a car it’s better to cook, which for us was actually an advantage!

The room is beautiful and spacious with a nice balcony facing an amazing view of wild flowers and mountains with snow picks. In addition the room is well equipped with more than everything needed. There is a kitchen in the room and even a laundry machine, which is very comfortable. Lela is a great host! She is very kind and helpful, and gave us information regarding where to go and what to see. This is definitely a place to go back to!

So nice and quiet with great views of snow capped mountains. The owner Lela is such a sweet and welcoming lady. And the cats are lovely. This is definitely our best experience in Georgia.

Nothing much. Only thing is that, if you need to buy something, would recommend to have a car to get access. However, Host is ready to take you to nearby markets, if notified.

We booked this property with fingers crossed as we chose this place through reviews and suggestions to spend our wedding anniversary. This was the perfect place for us in our entire Georgia trip. if you need some place to immerse and relax, this is it! everything was perfect for a stay! The place is magical and we left with a heavy heart! To add, Host is the best and we have our own privacy.

Everything was perfect for us.

It was amazing everything. Especially the owner is super kind and warm. Beautiful view. Inside of the house tiny and clean. It was completely comfortable. Close to the facilities, there is a lot of nature you can see river, church and cows. I would love to comeback in the future.

Thin walls, if you are a light sleeper then this would be a problem as one can hear everything from the other room. We were lucky to have friendly neighbors and did not affect that much.

Laila's stay is highly recommended when you are around Kazbegi. We chose this stay as it was closer to Turso Valley (Zakagori Fortress) and is at a secluded picturesque location surrounded by mountains. You can just sit in the balcony and gaze at the mountains with a glass of wine and freeze the time. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Kitchen is limited but anything extra you need Laila is just a message away. Would definitely recommend the stay to everyone. There is a church less than a km away that has a great view and is highly recommended.

I knew the location is beautiful from the pictures i saw of the Terkhena but once we reached here i was just shook. It’s so much more than the pictures. Amazing picturesque scenery and peaceful environment of Terkhena makes it a much visit place if you want to just rewind and relax between the mountains. What takes the staycation up a notch is the most helpful and friendly host Lela and her family!! Do visit this place if you are in kazbegi!

Lovely cottage with a magnificent view over the mountains. There had been a lot of snow, which was not normal for the month of May. Cottage was warm and comfortable though. Lela and her family were very nice and welcoming. Loved the baby pups and the cat.

Honestly, everything was perfect. Can't complain at all. The only drawback is you can hear almost everything the people in the next room are saying if they are loud enough. We had the place to ourselves for a whole day though and they only came at night when we were leaving the next day. Didn't really bother us at all. The window with the view was broken, but it didn't affect the view itself. And honestly, it is the fault of tenants before us who broke it. I've uploaded a picture for reference.

This place is exceptional. It is exactly like the pictures. Absolutely no unpleasant surprises at all. From the hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness of the host to the cleanliness (which I cannot emphasize enough) and modern look to the place... just amazing. The host helped us with everything we needed without blinking an eyelash. She was sweet and even gave us restaurant recommendations. We opted to have breakfast 1 day out of the 2 we stayed there. It was simple, humble, yet delicious. Her omlette is good. What we loved the most about the place is how CLEAN it was, the SPECTACULAR snow-capped (we visited in April) mountain view you get from the window with the beanbags (cows walked right past while we were sipping homemade hot chocolate that we made using the microwave and store bought ingredients), and the comfiness and spaciousness. The heaters worked wonderfully. The room was always toasty. There was plenty of hot water whenever we needed it. We felt like we needed extra covers. Lo and behold, we opened the sofa bed and there was a plethora of extra towels, bed covers, pillows, sheets, etc. All wonderfully clean. We only used an extra duvet though. Overall, it was an extraordinary stay. If I could, I would rate it 20/10!!
