The staff was extremely welcoming and nice, opening the door for us at 3 am in the morning, which is absolutely exceptional for apart hotels. Literally saved us from sleeping outside. The room was comfortable with warm blankets and a cozy bed, everything perfectly clean.

Location is remote, somewhere between old and new Gudauri. Some apartments in the building are privately owned and there was renovation noise above us, but it ended at adequate times. The view from the balcony was the the hallway of another hotel section, so you couldn't keep the curtains open. No full blackout curtains.

Good value for money, very big studio and bathroom. Great restaurant in the building. Good WiFi.

Great place. Great location. On the road but 50m from the ski lift. We stayed at the studio - it is very spacious. Nice loft design. Overall great experience. i was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. The restaurant is great and attracts people for the rest of Gudauri (quite expensive though)

Every service is an additional charge even if you have a long stay. The hotel is quite a distance from the main ski village

I loved my stay there, its one of the coolest hotels, the design is very young and fresh but also suitable to all ages, the staff was very sweet, helpful and friendly. we stayed there with big group of friends, and each room was unique , clean and super cozy, beds are very comfy, everything was working well, i advice to take the mountain view apartments, wow!

The hotel is a bit remote, in my opinion it is more suitable for those arriving with a car. We spent a lot of money on taxis.

There was honestly nothing we didn't like.

We absolutely loved our stay at Skio. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke perfect english so it was easy to communicate and they were always available to answer any questions. The room was nice and spacious with a balcony with mountain view. The room was very nice and clean and very hot and comfortable to spend time in after all day on the slopes. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet thick and comfortable. Shower hot , clean and nice. The hotel was only a short walk to the ski lift which was amazing. We loved the ambience in the hotel and the restaurant was cozy, clean and the food was exceptional. Fresh and tasty with good ingredients. We are vegetarians and ate both breakfast and dinner with big joy! The restaurant staff was polite, professionel and friendly. We will, without hesitation, stay at Skio when we visit Gudauri again and we reccommend everyone to stay as well! Thank you for a lovely and professional experience.

We were a family of 5 with small children and booked the accommodation with the stairs which was quite stressful with little ones, next time we will book a room with no stairs. There are no cupboard to put any clothes and minimum space to hang or store clothes. The kitchen space is nice but there is only two chairs to eat, just to keep in mind if you want to eat in the apartment.

Our stay at Skio was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Gudauri!

I had to head back to Tblisi a day early due to the internet speed being too slow at 5 pm to have a video call. It's fast during the day when everyone is on the slopes, but don't count on working online when you're there. If you're in town 1km away, you can catch a taxi. The taxi guys are cartel who inflate the prices. You'll be lucky if you get 20 in local currency - I managed to negotiate down to 25. They're parasites.

Gigi at the front desk was helpful, and the guy who fitted and kitted me out for skiing was a treasure. Everything was affordable to hire there: skis, boots, gloves, jacket, pants, helmet, and eye protection. The room was quiet, so I slept well. The restaurant across the road had some healthy and tasty Georgian vegan options. I liked being able to walk to the slopes and back.

Absolutely loved every moment of our stay at Skio - the most beautiful Mountain View from all the rooms, friendly staff and so conveniently located right next to a ski lift! The restaurant offers great food and a good happy hour. All ski gear can be rented from Skio too, which is a huge bonus :) We’ll definitely be back.

The apartment seems to be almost empty. The rooms are large and I'd add some furniture to make the stay more comfortable. I'd turn the table by 90deg and add a missing fourth chair. A small coffee machine would be great.

Very nice location. Close to the road, so easy to find, but no noise. Short (less than 100m) distance to the ski lift. Returning, you can ski to the entrance. The apartment is large (also the bathroom). The view from windows is really great. I appreciate very much the friendly attitude of the host. The food served in the restaurant is really nice.

It is not about the hotel itself but their restaurant: we had the dinner there twice and both times it was not tasty: clean, friendly, but bad quality food with high price. A barbecue meat (shashlik) was just a shame for a Georgian restaurant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to a nearby lift, so you can easily reach to Old Gudauri where you might find stores and bars etc.

We stayed for 4 nights in the first week of March and couldn't have asked for a better hotel and ski conditions. Firstly, the staff were amazing...especially Nikitia on reception and Roma in the restaurant. Everyone was soo friendly and made us feel at home!!!The location is great, 2 min walk to the ski lift and there is a nice bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Will definitely be back next year!!!!
