Great stay! The flat is spacious and comfortable and the terrace is really cozy. The hosts are friendly and we could park on the property. I completely recommend it

Okay...it may not be a 5 star hotel, but it has everything and more for an very pleasant stay. It is precisely as advertised and we were amazed by the size of the appartment compared to the price. Seriously...it's BIG. The host is very friendly. There is a little language barrier, but the kids helped with that. We also really liked the fact that we could park our motorcycles safely of the street.

Nothing. It was completely as advertised...and better.

The size of the apartment is much bigger than the description, in fact that was the whole first floor of the house, more like 130m2, not 30: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom - all spacious. It's in walking distance from main Zugdidi attractions and business areas, at the same time the street is very quiet. The fenced yard and no-step entrance allowed our 2 year old to safely run around, she loved the chicken and the small dog, and the chalks she got to draw on the yard floor. The hosts are very nice, we got the apartment tour from the owners son in very good English.

No microwave, hot water runs out (that's normal here, but still)

The family. The owner was not able to converse in english. But the way she got her kids to translate, putting in the extra effort to understand thru body language was highly commendable. We were checking out early morning about 7 .30 am. She made some good and delicious breakfast, rather than packing a sandwich which usually u get when u are checking out early in most hotels. Kudos

Real family house, they live on the floor above. Even brought us some home cooked meals and fresh fruit!

Had a weird unannounced double booking going on so didnt have access to the second bedroom. But wasnt that big of an issue as the host made up the sofa bed for us instead

Huge apartment, very friendly hosts and in a quiet neighborhood (still just 5 minutes walking to the next supermarket)

Very spacious, nice hosts and gated parking for our motorcycles.

Little sound proofing from the owners floor above and we could unfortunately hear kid(s) running around until 1am.

The hostress was helpful and nice and her house is nice too.

Family with two sons, friendly and kind hosts. Nino and her husband Soso speak Russian well (and have basic English) and their son Giorgi speaks English well. The accommodation is quite large, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and there is also a fridge. the wifi works well, the bathroom is clean and there was always hot water running. The street is quiet and peaceful, a short walk to the center of Zugdidi and Dadiani palace. The accommodation has its own private entrance, so if you don't want to meet the family there is no obligation. I did like meeting up though. I felt welcomed by the family and enjoyed talking with them occasionally. If you prefer to stay privately with family, I can highly recommend this.

Good house and very hospitable and helpful host! Just few minutes driving to the city center. Great offer for this price.

First of all the location is perfect in a very nice and quiet street. Also very close to the city centre. An immaculate house. Nino is very helpful person. I will definitely stay here when I come to zugdidi again.
