You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RussiaIt is such a wonderful place to stay! Everything you need is in the apartment, except washing machine, but there is a laundry room in the building. It’s only 5-7 minutes walking to Pirveli lift. And hostess is such a good person and always willing to help!

United Arab Emirateswe where quite disillusioned with the apartment 1. It was not in walking distance to a ski lift. This cost us an extra 70-80 Gel per day. 2. The shower is terrible and soaks the entire bathroom. 3. The bathroom tap was broken. 4. Curtains falling off the tracks. 5. The balcony floor was filthy. I don’t know when last it was washed. 6. Single bed duvet. As mentioned before. It was very uncomfortable for 2 of us. 7. Bed pillows are terrible. We couldn’t use them. 8 No Fridge! This is unacceptable, for a self catering with a stove and a sink. I have never even thought to have to ask if there is a fridge. 9. 2 x hand towels, and 2 x tiny bath towels, where so old I wish I had brought my own. And no floor towel in a bathroom that floods every time you have a shower. (Or maybe that is why you don’t provide a floor towel?) I am sure the apartment was once nice, but my impression was it was very neglected, and not what we were expecting, or thought that we had paid for.
