The room wasn't soundproof so you could hear the people from the upstairs room walking around. Water was leaking from the shower.

Our stay at Hotel Sunshine was truly enjoyable. The best part was the warm, home-like atmosphere that you feel from the very beginning. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make everything easier for you. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, which is something we really appreciated. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make logistics simple—whether it’s planning excursions or just getting around. One of the highlights is the terrace, beautifully oriented toward Mount Kazbeg, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. And to top it all off, the breakfast is very complete and satisfying—a great way to start the day. Free tea and coffee the possibility to use the kitchen is a bonus .

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed and made exploring the area super easy. I really enjoyed my stay in Kazbegi. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering an amazing view. The property also had a shared terrace with breathtaking scenery. There was free coffee and tea available for everyone, and a kitchen you could use, which was very convenient. The host was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The sound isolation is an issue. The cracking of floor can be obviously heard still not that annoying :)

Can’t walk till the hotel from the bus stop with luggage’s due to the steep nature of the roads. Can use a taxi but apart from that no complains at all.

There is no daily housekeeping facility even though it is mentioned in booking.com website and "Clean My Room" tag was hung outside the door. However, the reception staff stated that she can offer extra towels whenever we need them.

- Hotel is located at the elevation and the view from the room balcony was breathe taking! (Mount Kazbeg and Trinity church). The view cannot get any better as it is spectacular and unobstructed (10/10). - Reception staff was polite, courteous, helpful, approachable and professional. - Beds were comfortable, room and washroom were huge and lighting was perfect. - A sharing kitchen and bar is available where you can cook food, have complimentary tea/coffee 24/7 during your entire stay. A mini fridge is available in the room. - Hi-Speed Wi-Fi connection was available which is perfect for those who work remotely. - Car parking space is available right outside the property. - Restaurants and Kazbegi town is at a walking distance of 5-7 minutes.

Sunshine Kazbegi is a great place to stay. Super clean, with wonderful stuff. You can drink coffee and tea anytime for free. They have amazing views and cute terrace ❤️❤️❤️

we had one night with the kazbegh mountain view and a terrace which was great but the room wasn't available for the second night and we moved to the other side of the hotel with a room without a terrace. it was hot and there was not air conditioning or fan available. it was hot for us. might be helpful to have some portable fans on hand for hot nights:).
