Only one key card provided, also one ski locker (which is not big enough for a family of 4) Mattress in master bedroom uncomfortable and needs replacing. WiFi pretty poor.

Great location. Easy ski out, ski in. Restaurant in building is lovely - although breakfast was not included. Close to plenty of other restaurants as well. Lovely spacious flat with everything you need.

Not enough dishes for two, we had one mug and no bowls. They were dirty and we didn’t have the means to clean them. No way to cook, no stove. The refrigerator was broken and we notified the owner who said he would fix it but didn’t.

It’s a very nice size two bedroom apartment especially for a ski resort. The location is very good, real ski in ski out, but be aware that there is a little hill to walk up on the way back from the restaurants and supermarket

As you do not have many options, it is quite pricey for what you get but the facilities was good and we were more than happy to pay for better accommodation (and losing the other accommodation money)

We liked the location, had to move from a different location which was extremely noisy. We had issues with the shower and hot water first night but that got repaired. The second bedroom TV remote was missing. I would recommend a stay here.

It was little remote and most of the area around is still under construction. I think they need more time to complete everything. There is nothing much available around the area. Lots of dogs barking throughout the night.

Staff is rude. Each apartment is owned by a different owner. The one we stayed in wouldn’t give us clean linens, or clean towels, over 5 days, even when we offered to pay for it. Not expecting hotel treatment, but a minimum of courtesy with a first-time visitor. We were bluntly told we could leave ahead of time if this wasn’t satisfactory.

There was no wifi and the host never replied to my messages regarding this for five days. Two of the light bulbs were broken. We informed the host, however she did nothing about it. The carpet had a lot of stains and the mattress was really uncomfortable and barely usable. It should be changed, you felt like you were falling off the bed. The room was very hot even though we turned the heating off. We had to leave the balcony door open so we can get some fresh air. The shower should have a shelf for all the amenities as it was a bit uncomfortable to reach for the shower gel every time. There were definitely too many chairs that took up a lot of space. We felt that once the host had her money, she didn't want to deal with us anymore.

We arrived late to check in at the apartment due to some technical issues with our rental vehicle. It was already past midnight, but surprisingly, the host was waiting in the lobby for us and was very helpful. The apartment features a balcony that overlooks the ski area, allowing easy access to skiing directly from the building. It is conveniently located near the gondola station, the main ski area, and shops where you can rent ski equipment.

The location is excellent. Near gondola. Nice balcony view. The host was kind and very prompt in responding. Also assisted in arranging travel. Ski rentals are available in the hotel. Easy access to the ski area. Smooth check-in and check out, no paper work. Overall, we are very happy with their hospitality.

Location is incredible, you can ski directly into the building and it is next to the gondola lift. Everything else is very close: bars, stores, ski rentals. Room was very comfortable and warm.

I’m a bit confused and very disappointed about New Gudauri Atrium. The pictures and what I read about Atrium on booking.com is not what I saw when we came to our room. The reviews were pretty good but I don’t have that feeling. I got the impression that there is like two receptions when you enter the Atrium. The one at the left is for the rooms at the first floor (where our room was) and the reception (looking a lot more nice) at the right for the rest. In our room the socket was fallen out of the wall. In the description it said “dining area” but where was that. We were 3 people and there was only one chair. No forks, no knives - how can you eat with only spoons? Toiletpaper was also mentioned in the description to be in the room, but there was nothing when we came. I asked in the reception and her only answer was “you buy yourself in supermarket”. I was expecting to be told a bit about the Atrium when we came. For example, restaurant, ski depot, wifi etc. But the ladies in the reception didn’t say anything, except if I asked. They looked like they didn't care. When I asked about the ski depot, the answer I got was “minus one” Seriously, is that a way to answer people coming to stay in the hotel/apartment. So for us the staff wasn't friendly at all. I must say I’m so DISSAPOINTED and I can’t recommend New Atrium to anyone.
