Nothing everything was perfect

Everything was perfect! The hotel is really close to the city center and it’s really easy to get around. Room was very clean, had air conditioner and everything we needed. Madeleine is a fantastic host, every morning there was a huge and very good breakfast for us (she was also very flexible with the timing!). Kakha was also very kind and helpful anytime we needed anything. It was really a fantastic stay! We will definitely come back if we return to Tbilisi!

Our room was much smaller than it looked in the photos, apparently that was the smallest room. And there was construction trash outside of the hotel and maybe in the backyard/courtyard that made it less desirable.

Breakfast was amazing, hotel owners are really warm and nice people. Room was very very clean.

The mattress was a bit hard for me.

The owner was very gracious and kind. She asked continuously if there was anything she could do to improve our stay. The air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was tasty and flexible. An excellent stay overall. Would stay again.

The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean and neat. The host is very friendly and gracious. When our plane landed in the late of night, she waited for us and even arranged a taxi to get us. Also, she’s an amazing cook. Indeed, the breakfast we had at this motel is the best out of all our meals in Tbilisi. Overall, we had a good experience here.

An incredible experience! This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The owner was absolutely wonderful - so warm and full of love for both her country and her guests. We highly recommend this hotel! If you’re visiting Tbilisi, stay here, it’s truly a stroke of luck to find a place like this. The breakfast was amazing - very tasty and everything was fresh! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I was working during my stay and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, and I especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Tbilisi Center Hotel during our visit to Georgia! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely owners, Madi and her husband Khaka. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not only did they exceed all of our expectations, but they also made sure we left with a bottle of homemade Georgian Chacha as a keepsake! Madi made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Her homemade continental breakfast, complete with waffles and jam, quickly became a highlight of our mornings (the waffles and jam are now my new favorite!) And let’s not forget the Turkish coffee, it was absolutely incredible! The hotel’s location is perfect. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and just a 15-minute walk from downtown. The property itself is spotless, and our room was cozy, well-organized, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The water heater in the shower works perfectly, as do the air conditioner and heater in the room. Madi’s hospitality was beyond anything we could have imagined. She treated us like family, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable, and truly made us feel at home. Honestly, the service was on par with any 5-star hotel! We highly recommend this charming place to anyone visiting Georgia. We’re already planning our return!

The accommodation was great, comfy and cozy, well located, clean. Supermarkets in walking distance. The host, Madi, was very welcoming, always had a good breakfast ready for us and she was even chatting with us, giving us recommendations and advice.

I cannot overstate how well we were received here. The is a family run hotel with wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The location is great for exploring the city, all the facilities are there, the breakfast is delicious with everything home made, everything is just great. We will be coming back for sure!

Everything was exelent. Good location, good staff, good room. Breakfast was taste, the host do it yourself. We were with child under 2 years and we asked about cot and we got it. Not many hotels in the city offer this option. Very recomend this place.

The location was great. It's near the metro and in a short walk you can get a taxi. There is a near convenience store and a restaurant that is open until 11pm. Madi, the landlady is very accommodating. She always asks us if we need anything and prepares our breakfast earlier than the scheduled time since we have to leave the hotel early. Our room is cozy, and the neighbourhood is quiet. Overall, it's a highly recommended place to stay in.

The breakfast was very rich with all the things that you may need: eggs, coffee and tea, cake, pies. The host was very kind and generous. And the hotel is in a very central place of Tbilisi with metro and buses very near. The room was clean and spacious with shampoo, soaps and everything a traveler may need. The host was very nice lady and she is very gentle with her guests. You will feel a sense of being family member not as a guest. I am a vegetarian . She prepared vegetarian breakfast considering my choice. She is very friendly.

Nothing. As we are Indians, we need bidet in the toilet that was not available, but since we had a portable one, it was not an issue. We loved the stay.

We had such a relaxing stay with Madi and Khakha who were the perfect hostess and host in Tiblisi Center Hotel. They are a family run small hotel, more like coming home to a family members home. We have now found our family in Tiblisi. Every evening we spent time together chatting for many hours over homemade wine, broken English and exchanging cultural similarities and fun stories. Madi was kind enough to even make us dinner the day we arrived and after a full day tour. She made us home from day 1. Khakhatie and son helped us order food online when we needed to get anything delivered and Madi also helped with laundry . I recommend this simple family run hotel for all family traveling groups and singles. Its a basic hotel with simple amenities in a great location. We were out the whole day on tours so the hotel was perfect for our needs to wash up, relax and sleep. Those who prefer great space, views from hotel, this is not your place. The children also felt at home very soon. My daughter expressed her love and gratitude with a beautiful card and letter. We are still exchanging messages after leaving Georgia. We loved the stay and my children say if we return, we will stay in no other place except with Madi and Khakha. Thank you so much for your love and taking care of us.
