Alex was very nice and helped us with everything we need, even though we arrived at 2am from the airport! The place is simple and worth its price

Excellent value for money. Almost unbelievable price. The hosts are nice and polite. Especially Alex is super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it if you wanna save some bucks and get a decent place for it

Cleanliness of the sheets and pillows can be improved. Lighting at night was a bit depressing.

Alex was an extremely kind and friendly host and the acommodation was also amazing. You have to ger used to the shower, but it was also ok. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, view from the balcony was beautiful and there are plenty shops around.

We stayed three times that's how much we loved this place. The two rooms (three beds and four) are so comfy. There is lots of natural light in the room and plenty of room. There's a table and chairs to sit, plus a fridge and a kettle in the room. There's a full kitchen with everything you need to prep your own food. The other guests were all very kind, polite and quiet. There's a wash machine to use as well and in both the rooms we had we had a drying line on the balcony which was very convenient. The garden outside was super nice and we could eat fruit from the trees and my daughters could see their quails. The owners (dad and son) were super nice responsive and kind, and we always felt confortable there, like a home away from home. Back to the room, there was also a fan, and AC. We love the fan as it wasn't warm enough for ac but we like the breeze of AC and helps our kids sleep. There was a little closet to put things which was nice for space in the room. The shower was great with good pressure and hot water. Lastly, the location it's a quick bus ride to the city center, the train station, a big outside market area, and a carrefour is a few minutes away walking. Bolt is super cheap to go anywhere. Highly recommend staying here if in Tblisi. If we come back we would love to stay here again!!

Booked here three times. We were traveling with our two kids. The room was super comfortable and it was one of our best stays on the trip. We loved the shared kitchen and sitting area, the older gentleman and his son, the beds, the rooms, the use of the wash machine, the beautiful garden, the price, the location, with cheap easy access to buses and bolt, plus carrefour and train station with a huge market only a few minutes walking. The room stayed nice and cool with a nice little balcony with a line and clips to dry our clothes, the fridge and kettle in the room, the fan being available was so nice as our kids love to sleep with a fan and it wasn't hot enough for the ac. We really really enjoyed this place and will recommend to anyone!

Wonderful wonderful place. We actually extended twice and would have been happy to stay longer. The rooms are comfy and there is a water boiler, fridge, table, fan, ac etc in the room. There's lots of natural lighting, plenty of plugs, perfect hot water for the shower, and enough lights and lamps. The beds were walso good for us and enough sheets towels soap, etc. We had two different rooms during our stay and both were perfect. We were a family of 4 and the four twin room was super spacious. All other guests there were quiet polite and friendly. We were able to use the kitchen and laundry machine with ease and it was nice having a drying line on our balcony. There's a sitting area by the kitchen which is nice and we ate some fruit from the trees. It's a nice garden area. Both Alex and his father were super kind and friendly and made us feel at ease. The price of course super affordable but worth it. The location was great. There's buses to go everywhere and bolt is very cheap. You can walk to the railway station in. Few minutes and carrefour is also a few minutes away. We also loved the little bakery under ground not far away. Best bread you'll ever it. There's a man there making traditional bread and it's 1.50 for bread. Don't miss it if you pass it 😆 it's not on Google maps 😆 anyway this stay was perfect and we really really enjoyed this place.

It was an excellent stay for us. The rooms were comfortable with a beautiful balcony view. One can even cook in the common kitchen.

I feel they can incorporate breakfast into the package. Otherwise, everything is good.

Alex Cosy Guesthouse is superb—very comfortable with exceptional service. Before coming here, I had booked a room in another apartment, but it was automatically canceled, and there was no proper contact number provided. We were helpless at that moment. I called Alex Cosy at 2:00 am, and despite the late hour, they answered promptly, shared the location, and welcomed us warmly. The rooms are spacious, featuring attached bathrooms and balconies. The guesthouse also offers a common kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the host was kind enough to give us extra time to check out, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
