    Nice room, good location

    Not always customer friendly, breakfast was alright but somehow we got served koffie in paper cups! This is really unacceptable for 5star accommodation.

    The location is good, reception staff was friendly, nearby good area and street view was nice. the hotel room size was good. and free parking was available.

    the hotel is very old, doors lock broken, bathroom door not closing properly the room was not clean, when the cleaner came, she was upset.

    The hotel is very comfortable because it is very clean, well-maintained, and close to downtown. Staff in the reception and room service are very friendly. The check-in and check out process was smooth and quick.

    The staff in the restaurant require proper training to meet Marriott standards (except for the omelette makers, who were very professional). The dishes were wet, waiting for empty plates and spoons. Also, the staff needs to be more friendly and at least smile to the guests.

    Location was great

    No pool , just one restaurant in the hotel, there was no much options .! Rest everything was good , staff were very professional and knowledgeable.! Overall the stay was good.!

    Location, clean, nice reception staff, very helpful and patient

    Maintenance service was below standard. I called them 3x because the A/C wasn’t working well. It’s set to 16 C, and yet the room temp was hardly 24. His response was to lower the setting to 12 C, and put the fan at max, which dropped the room temp further to 22. The A/C needed maintenance, not changing temp setting. I also called 3x about a leak in the bathroom from the toilet seat, I’m guessing from flushing tank (hopefully not from the drain pipe!!), and his response was to put a towel behind the toilet seat!!

    Beautiful hotel and great staff.

    They said I had used the minibar even though I hadn’t. However, the staff quickly sorted it out and I didn’t have to pay anything.

    Location, rooms, and breakfast. Our room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was quite good. It was a comfortable stay.

    1.Allotments of the room was not appropriate. We booked two junior suites and requested to give them on the same floor. They alloted one room on the 5th floor and the other smaller room on the 4th floor that too at the far end of the floor. Being a senior citizen, we had to walk a lot. Although we came to know later that there was a room already available on the same floor!! Why they didn't they give that to us!! Finally, the next day, they moved us 2. Choices of dishes in the only restaurant was very poor for vegetarians. My husband is intolerant to garlic, and he was left with hardly any choices? Only sandwiches or Kachapuri!! 5 star hotels should have more international choices. There are lots of Indian tourists there. No rice, curry, Thai, or Chinese dishes!! Surprisingly
