We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

It’s not my first stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure, and I’m going to stay only here if I’m in Tbilisi again. They welcomed us warmly, offered early check-in free of charge, and even upgraded both of our rooms — which was a very pleasant surprise.
