Host saved us as we needed an overnight stay that wasn't planned in advance, he answered the phone at 22 and although communicating was a bit hard we got the room at such an unpleasant time.

    Nice and clean place.

The venue is located at the city's farthest edge on a steep slope, making it a challenging climb even for cars.

Wonderful view, a heated hall just for us and the friendliest Alabai ever.

Beautiful view. Spacious common area. Staff member was helpful when able to contact.

Communication was poor. Sent multiple messages and didn’t get any responses. Required calling with help of Russian speaker. Breakfast unavailable. Common area wasn't cleaned during stay.

Very cheap, overall is good, room big enough to lay down 2 big luggages, can do laundry. From our room can see mountain, the view is breathtaking. Is local tradition wooden house, can experience local living type . Behind the house can see cattle grazing.

The house at top of hill, climb up quite tiring. However worth it for view, can see entire lovely village

I really liked the guest house. Friendly owner. The house has a large living room with a balcony and an excellent view. The same view from the room window. The room is warm, there is hot water. Everything you need is there. There is a kitchen. From the city center about 10 minutes on foot, uphill. The territory has its own Svan tower, you can climb it at any time. Thanks for the vacation!

Everything was very cool, there is a Svan tower that you can climb into! The views of Mestia at night from the guesthouse are beautiful. The owner can give you a ride to the guesthouse if necessary. He has his own homemade milk (cow), very tasty homemade wine. Excellent very kind host, thank you for your hospitality and help! 11/10!

In winter, when the power goes out, it is very cold. I would like to think about heating without electricity.

Location up the hill among the largest cluster of towerhouses (Lanchvali village): has its own tower&house--3 more just east-more down the hill. Walk east along road past Cafe Lanchvali and then across pasture-path for great views: to east of towers of Lagami village (afternoon) or back at Lanchvali (morning). Eat well at traditional Cafe Lanchvali to avoid walking down to modern town.

The ground-floor room window which looked out on the entranceway was unlockable. The door lock worked if you played with it long enough. The man in charge seemed to be out-of-it, and had no idea what I owed.

we had a good stay and the staff was friendly. i wish i could put an higher rate, but we cannot put a 9 or 10 just because this is good people!.. in the upper parts of mestia with a great walk through the towers. if you are lucky the owner will pass by and give you a lift. special thanks to the owner who let us store our luggage there for a couple of days. confortable! attached to one of these towers! well heated

    - rooms are said to have a special view, but in reality they are so small that there is no view. just dont book it for the view. - no possibilities for a dinner or breakfast (october 2022) - this must be 100 elevation from the main street, unfeasible if you have big luggage or without a 4x4. we had backpacks and it was physically demanding to get there. - cleanliness: we booked one night where the cleaning was fine, we came back 4 days later for another night and the room was just the way we left it a couple of days before.
