Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is fine , you don’t have to worry much . Buses are available and easily accessible. Market is around 700m far . Nearby beach available but it’s not clean . (Average) . The price or the cost of the stay is less and you will get more of value out of that . Specifically the owner of the stay took us in before the check time around 6:00 am . I am greatfull for that . GermanyThe host didn’t want us to check in as the room was occupied. She didn’t bother to cancel the booking or inform us about that beforehand. After some discussion it was somehow possible to check in, but in a different room. The was mold in the bathroom. Didn’t really look like on the pictures. The kitchen was outside and next to a construction part, very weird. No sink to wash the dishes afterwards.

Czech RepublicThe apartment could be more clean. The floor was little dirty and damaged, the towels were also not clean. We also had a problem with hot water in the shower.
The staff was nice. There is also nice backyard. 1 minute from the main roud by the sea.
