Only hotel design is good outside ond the photo and room sizes.

Do not expect any hotel service, we waited 4 days to get new towels, cleaning every 4th day and they do not come at set time, if you need something staff is unable to help you, thye are just nice, but cannot really do anything, hotel management is terrible, very dirty surrounding area, cow poops and trash bins full of trash, parking is impossible. Rooms are furnished with cheap furnitue and you can feel it. To sum up, if you clean yourself, bring your towels and if you are able to survive without service you can stay and enjoye the sea view from the room.

ლოკაციაა ძალიან კარგი განიოს და კვარიათის შუაშია თითქმის, სასტუმროს პირველ სართულზე არის 24 საათიანი მაღაზია, გვერძეა ასევე აფთიაქი, ოთახი ტიპიური სტუდიო ოთახი, კონდიციონერი მუშაობდა, WiFi-ს არაუშავრდა და აივანიც და ხედიც მშვენიერი.

სააბაზონს ტრაპი, ერთადერთი დისკომფორტი, ძლივს გადის წყალი, გუბე დგება და ისვრება ძალიან, თან არაფერი არ იყო ოთახში რითიც შეიძლებოდა რომ მომეწმინდა. ტრაპია გამოსასწორებელი დანარჩენი ყველაფერი მშვენივრად მუშაობდა.

great location - being near spar shop is the biggest benefit of the hotel. The sea is from 5 minutes from the hotel. the staff was helpful and friendly. kitchen appliances were ok, expect the gas stove.

gas stove was very poor. washing machine was dirty and rusty. There was no furniture on balcony. Wifi was not working.

The hotel is newly built and it has a free parking

Rooms are dirty, we arrived at 15:00 and had to wait for our room to be ready till 16:40, but it was still not cleaned normally, hair and footprints everywhere. Staff is totally inexperienced. there is 1 very slow elevetor on 12 floors and in first part of the day it occupied by housekeeping, so we mostly used stairs. Also take into consideration that you wont have any sea view from 3-4-5 floors because here is construction in front. In description you can read that its a beachfront hotel, but its not, its approximately 400-500 meters from the beach.

ინტერნეტი არის ცუდი ხარისხის, 2 ტელევიზორია თუმცა უხარისხობის გამო ვერ უერთდება ინტერნეტს და ტელევიზიაც არ არის, შესაბამისად ასაკიანი ადამიანისთვის თუნდაც უამინდობის დროს პრობლემაა. ოთახები საკმაოდ ზედაპირულად სუფთავდება და ტრაპი იყო გაჭედილი. იყო სხვა ხარვეზები თუმცა სწრაფადვე მოაგვარეს.

შხაპის მიღება ჩელენჯია, ნაპორი არ არის და ხან ძალიან ცხელია ხან ცივია წყალი. ლიფტი ხშირად არ მუშაობს და გიწევს ლოდინი. დასუფთავებითაც იდეალური არ არის, თუმცა ამ ფასში ნორმალურია

The check-in time on Booking was listed as 15:00, which is already quite late, but when we arrived at 16:30, the rooms were still not ready. We had to wait for an additional hour. Only after I asked about compensation did they offer free access to the swimming pool. On the check-out day, a staff member knocked on our door at 12:00 asking us to leave, even though Booking clearly stated that the check-out time was 13:00. After I pointed this out, he returned again at 12:50 to ask us to leave. This felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

In general it was all good, Nice pool on the 1st floor, apartments are more or less clean, but mostly because they are newly built, cleaning service definitely should be improved. It had some minuses but again, it was newly built, so hope all will be improved for the next season. Would stay again.
