Lovely family guesthouse. Absolutely loved our stay here we extended twice.

It is a short walk up a hill - but that’s how you get those views.

Very nice place, warm, big room, good bed, quiet, beautiful garden and views. Felt like at home, stayed 4 nights. Close to the town center, great location if you want to leave early to the cross.

Just minor things (the toilet was slightly broken)

Everything was great. Hosts are really nice, you can ask about anything if you need, and they also respect your privacy. We rented two rooms, and the view is beautiful from both rooms. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Hosts were really helpful in arranging washing our clothes upon our request. Thank you!

I would offer to update the listing so that it does not show the option to pay by card. It's cash only, or transfer to Georgian card via IBAN. That was a bit unexpected for us, as my booking at Booking.com was showing the option to pay with Mastercard. It's a common issue in Georgia overall because of Booking payment policy, not just this particular host. As a host myself I am kindly asking to update the payment options to CASH ONLY so that it's not misleading for other guests.

It was our first stay during our trip in winter season where the room was warm and heater was working really good. 👍

We recently stayed at this delightful place and had a fantastic experience. The hotel name is well-deserved, as we woke up each morning to stunning mountain views from the window. The room was very clean and cosy, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious and available on demand. The friendly hosts were welcoming and made us feel right at home. Additionally, the location was ideal, just a short walk from the center, making it convenient to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay at View House. The room has character and it is clean and cosy with the amenities one needs. I had the breakfast too few times and it was plentiful! Kept me going for a whole day. The couple who keep this guest house is sweet and just lovely.

Very friendly hosts, the view from the room is amazing. Located in a quiet part of Mest'ia not far away from the center. And I really recommend you to get the breakfast it is delicious!!

Excellent stay in View House. Run by a lovely and pleasant couple, the room looked exactly like in the pictures and was meticulously clean. There is an electric oven that you can use but they supply with heavy blankets so it's not necessary to use it while sleeping. The breakfast was very rich and delicious! It's located 3 min walk uphill from the center of town. If you're looking for a place to have dinner go to "Twin Peaks". They do excellent food.

The guesthouse has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The large, comfortable bed with warm blankets and clean linen made our stay very pleasant. The room was well-equipped with essentials like a kettle, tea, mugs, and an electric oil heater. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, allowing us to use the fridge, dishes, and common areas for meals. I also appreciated the charming details, like the small garden with ducks and a rabbit, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient, with cafes, shops, and bike rentals within a short walking distance. Although it’s a small village, everything you need is nearby. Overall, the guesthouse felt safe and peaceful, with keys provided for the rooms.

There were very few power sockets in the room, so I would recommend asking for extension cords. The hot water tank for the shower was quite small, which limited the time you could take a shower. Additionally, while the village itself is within walking distance, the main attractions, like the cable car, were further away, making it a bit inconvenient if you plan to explore them regularly. Finally, the breakfast offered for an additional cost seemed a bit expensive, so I chose not to order it.

Acozy room with a simple but authentic design, reminiscent of the interiors of the party workers dachas. There is an electric heater in the room and bathroom, it was enough in January. Pretty view from the window with the mountains and nearby houses. the owners are nice people, I would happily stay here again!

View House is clean, comfortable, and just a few minutes up the hill, so great views and less noise from main street. View House was built by the hosts father, and he moved in as a boy. It has the coziness of tradition with modern facilities. Your host and his wife are wonderful people. It was a delight staying in their home.

Please put some better name to your guesthouse and some label on the house. Otherwise it's almost not possible to find it. Also helps if you put concrete address to Booking site. We came late evening from mountains at it was very hard to find the place. Google maps knows nothing about View House in Mestia.

The room had a great view and it was very comfortable. The location was good, it didn't feel like center even though it was very near. The host was kind enough to find me a driver to take me to Ushguli and Becho.

The host could be a little chatty, but not in an annoying king of way. The hot water supply was limited sometimes and not enough for extended showers. The WiFi was a pain, but that's very expected in the mountain region.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The check in was so easy and fast to begin with. Even though you are just ranting a room, it is so isolated from the house, it feels like you have the whole place for yourself. so if you don’t want to comunicate or see others you won’t. The location was PERFECT, so close to everything. The room was beautiful and clean. I was provided with everything I needed which was great. The hostess was so friendly and helpful with everything and replied any time I needed help. It felt like a home from home. Would 100% recommend!
