I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Lia is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. With its small-scale atmosphere, the hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Batumi and offers easy access to the beach ! The pool is also great. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Batumi.

Fantastic place! Owner is super lovely... And the hotel is literally few minutes walk from the beach and other main attractions 🤩 we even received free coffe and carrot cake! It was super wholesome!!

Aside from a double book issue and water being cut for 2 hours... Everything was exceptional!! 😍😍 Super recommended!!

The hosts were the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Their hospitality made me feel at home, and I left with only the warmest memories. I will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect

There’s a very cute sunlit garden and open air kitchen in the property. The host is the most lovely person you’d met. I love the fruit trees and the cute cats as well. Highly recommended!

Exceptional hosts, very nice people, they do have adopted cats & a dog on the property. The location is pretty clean and cozy. Plenty of areas to chill on the property and a spacious kitchen. 24/7 stores nearby as well as some bigger ones. No issues with parking. Overall visiting Batumi Wonderland was definitely a good experience.

It was hard to find a place to stay. The place was not clean, and my whole body was itchy after I woke up. They asked for an additional cleaning fee. It was over 50% of the price of the place to stay. I regretted choosing a better place to stay for that price. The place to stay was the worst.

It's a really familiar place. Both are lovely persons. If you want to feel the real Georgian experience. Please go to the place. Love from Spain.

Lia and Zaza are two of the kindest hosts a traveler could ever hope to stay with, and they are happy to help with anything you might need. Batumi Wonderland is a perfect retreat for solo travelers, people who like making new friends, animal lovers, and those looking for good company and conversation. The property is beautifully decorated from top to bottom, and each space has its own unique charm. When not spending time in the courtyard, it was nice to just relax on the unit's couch or bed, both of which were very comfortable. Bonus: the wisteria was in bloom during my stay, and a new elevated lounge space had just been completed.

The owner's kindness, constant support, and warm hospitality will make you feel like part of a family, and you'll miss them as if saying goodbye to a relative.

Finding Batumi Wonderland guest house was exactly what I needed after traveling so long. Some places just feel like you’re coming home and they are hard to leave. Lia and Zaza are the most hospitable people and helped me with everything from washing clothes to making me lunch nearly every afternoon. I met other guests as well and got to listen to their stories. The rooms were very comfortable and I slept great while I was there on many rainy Batumi nights. At first, I only booked two nights and ended up staying fifteen so that should tell you something. Great comfort and amazing hospitality with a big garden and a pool. It truly is a wonderland!! ☺️

Absolutely amazing host! Couldn’t do enough for us. Gorgeous garden, and pool! Lots of stunning communal areas. There are lovely views on the terrace. Couldn’t recommend it more. 10/10 We are at a yum fish restaurant- fishlandia !! So yum and well priced

I gave this Guesthouse a 10 because of Lia! She is a wonderful host and she is always there if you need something! We needed medical care and she helped us. Thank you 🙏 so much! The guesthouse is colorful and creative. There are a lot of community areas, kitchens and washing machines. Our kids loved playing with the baby cats.

The beds are quite old and community areas could be cleaner.

The Host was the most amazing person ever..so kind and helpful. the Guesthouse was super clean and cost. very good location also.

The host was so warm and friendly and wanted us to feel at home. She brought us free drinks upon arrival and fruit. She asked if we needed extra things and went to get them for us or helped us with doing laundry. The pool was a great place to hang out with the kids. The place had a very positive vibe and was very colorful and green.

There were mosquitos around the property, and we got bitten a lot. There were cats and sometimes a dog walking around the property, which I'm not a fan of. The community kitchen was OK, but not that well equipped.
