The shared kitchen and bathroom were not clean, there was no aircondition how the description said and also no breakfast - the lady just said we can have coffee or tea if we want.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the location was in a quiet area and the house lady was super friendly. There was a gardeb and parking place for the car. For this price it was +/- okay.

We stayed in Enguri guesthouse as a perfect midway through Svaneti. The location is nice with the river, waterfall and the Enguri dam very close. The lady does not speak English but is very nice and love company. We had nice conversations with Google translate. Possible to park inside

Ms Nazi is a great host and a wonderful lady. The living room is beautiful though we spent most time in the dining area chatting with Nazi via Google translate. We stayed there on our way back from Mestia so a well deserved rest. In the morning I cycled (on my own bike) to the Enguri dam which was a nice ride.

The place could be a tiny bit cleaner, but it did not bother us that much.

We were a bit dismayed at the condition of the house. The listing mentioned wifi and air conditioning, of which there was neither. There were ants all over the kitchen sink and cockroaches on the kitchen floor. The kitchen and bathroom were not clean to standards suitable for having guests over. The lady tried her best but given the choice we would stay somewhere else.

The host lady is very kind, and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

Nothing, a very nice stay for one night.

Very unique house with a big living room. There was no other guest so we could choose our room! The best part is the host lady Nazi, such a sweet lady and we had a nice exchange of the conversation through google translate. The room is big and the bed is comfortable.

Everything was good!

The property is amazing, if you get the room upstairs you have the feeling to be in a royal bed room. The view from the room is really nice as well on the internal garden. The owner is really sweet and she will try to help you as much as she can. We had really nice time with her. We are bike tourers and you can safely store your bikes in a garage. The kitchen is okay.

We needed a place to stay and this more than fulfilled everything we need. Not quite the normal hotel experience, but super friendly, clean, spaceous and surprisingly fancy interior. Recommend any time again!

All was great!

Interesting place with a huge hall. Guest house is run by lovely lady. I felt there like at home!. She really takes care of her guests! Home made wine is good too!

We didn't really feel like we were expected despite having booked the accomodation a week in advance. Despite there being a sign out front, it was not clear which house we should go to, and both the host and the neighbor were outside on their respective properties and no one acknowleded our presence. We were able to look at the pictures on booking and figure out which house it was, but we felt a bit like we were barging in. Dinner and Breakfast were the exact same meal which was some sad looking tomatoes, bread and cheese. The glasses we were given to drink from were not cleaned very well and there were ants in the sugar jar which we were offered for tea. I don't feel great about writing this review because the host was really lovely and seemingly doing everything on her own, but also I don't think the high review on Booking is accurate and people should have a more realistic idea of what they're signing up for.

We stayed here one night on our bikepacking trip. It was a warm dry bed on a wet rainy night and a hot shower after a long day on the bike. There was a shed to keep our bikes in which was locked overnight. The host was a really lovely woman and we'd like to say thank you for allowing us to stay the night in your home.

We had the best time there, the house is incredible and the host is an absolute sweetheart. So generous and welcoming. We tried her home made wine which was delicious. There is a beautiful waterfall nearby. We recommend everyone to stay at this guest house.
