We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

- free parking in the street - small supermarket and restaurant nearby - kitchen has most everything you need

The location is at walking distance from the heart of the city in a quiet street. It has a nice roof terrace and a good dining table. There is a grocery shop across the street. You can hop on a bus to get to the beach.

United StatesGreat, clean, comfortable place. There is a small but well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a washing machine, and a terrace. Very good location, couple of blocks from the main square. The owner and the staff: very nice and helpful, easy to communicate. One of the best accommodations in Cayenne! Highly recommended!

SurinameNo clarity how to enter the property. No one came to greet us. If we didn't had data to contact the host, we would stand outside the property for hours waiting! The neighborhood was a bit dark in the evening. Felt not safe walking around alone.
There was a private terrace and rooftop to hang out. Not far from local shops & restaurants. Coffee and coffee machine were working perfectly and I even got extra coffee pods Extra pillows! The host was nice and friendly, came right away when I called.

BrazilPoorly trained employees, one of them brutal. He woke me up in the middle of the night to charge me the daily rate I had already paid. Below average cleaning, bad mattress, terrible pillow, there was no hot water and in the morning there was no electricity in the entire apartment. Run away from this place, it's a trap. To make matters worse, he offered me breakfast with the rude employee who woke me up in the middle of the night. Booking should be more careful when allowing an establishment to participate in its app.
