    Amazing breakfast!

    On the 1st day at the sushi restaurant there was a very rude waiter who told us after waiting for quite some time to order drinks that he was not the person to do the order and just walked away. Also, no pool towels were available so we had to go to the room are the reception in our bathing suit. Maybe leave some at the bar near the pool with a sign and a bin so guests can leave them there when they are done. If possible coffee for the afternoon at the bar.

    Breakfast and restaurants were OK. Beds were comfortable.

    Bar opening hours were somewhat haphazard. Hotel and pool area would benefit from an upgrade.

    The staff, breakfast and the rooms were exceptional 😁

    On Friday and Saturday there was limited to no parking because all the parking was occupied by the party guest. There were parties on Friday and saturday.

    I booked a Double Classic room with balcony. this was not the cheapest option on the site. I did get a balcony but it overlooked a graffiti covered wall in the flats opposite. The room was not spacious and shower toiletries were not provided, we got one small 2” sq bar of soap for both of us to use. Expectations of a lovely spacious room as per booking.com website failed to deliver on walking into the room. Also, first impressions were tarnished when met with a toilet right next to the door, which you literally nearly walk into trying to get yourselves and cases into the room. After a long transatlantic flight you do not want to go complaining about the room standards, but it is frustrating all the same.

    No English speaking, the charges too high if your compared to the charges.

    English and Price. the environment same as Thailand but charges need to improve.
