The surrounding businesses play music ALL NIGHT LONG! The bathroom was always hot because the window remained open for ventilation.

Apparently, 14th of Feb is a big thing in Ghana. The hotel was fully booked and when I arrived on 15th, they made me wait 1 hour to check me in in the afternoon. I was there only for night so not being able to start my stay was annoying in the heat. Even though they offered me free shuttle, they did not offer a free shuttle back to airport and arranged a taxi for 300 cedis. I think this is a way of getting extra money from tourist, because bolt app was showing 75-125 cedis for the taxi but they make you think it is not safe. There was weird vibes when I questioned the unavailability on shuttle on the time I requested because I was flexible and saying that I can go earlier or late but they went speaking their mother language between each other which is not nice.

They kindly offered a free shuttle service to pick me up from airport. Most of the staff is helpful. I was lucky to be checking out on Sunday and there was a brunch, I would recommend that it was 300cedis and there was delicious local food range. The chef was very good and answered my all silly questions.

I only had one encounter. I placed an order for dinner and it took regular calls from me to check and confirm if the order was ready. It took over two hours. That's not good enough. Even when I went to pick the order up, they could not even apologize for the delay. Despite the AC, we sweated profusely. I think the ACs efficiency should be checked periodically.

Disappointed gym facilities were not available as that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Music from the bar tended to be a bit loud and late into night. There was also no access to the beach.

Staff were courteous and at hand to help when needed. Breakfast was ok with some interesting combinations.

The location is scary when visiting for the first time. I don’t like the fact that you have to pass through the Teshi slum to get to the hotel. Though safe and secured, it’s quite a distance from town. Coming out of your room is exposed to the public. I don’t like it.

Loud sounds from nearby church on Friday night. Also hotel is a bit distant from city center and airport, but beach front access requires such a location.

Wonderful views of the ocean, especially from the restaurant. Pleasant breeze and view from room balcony. Nice seafood at restaurant. Friendly staff.

There was a "pool party" on our first day and the music was very loud however the reception staff informed us of this when we checked in and the music didn't play after about eight pm that evening.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are good and the restaurant food was enjoyed by all the family.

The music was a bit too loud at the pool side and inside during weekends also. The wi-fi signal did not reach to my room, but I used data so it was ok. I wish I could swim in the sea also but there was too much rock.

The hotel is very nice, I like the beachfront, swimming pool, the room was spacious with the view to the ocean. The breakfast was fine, I also liked the Sunday lunch buffet. One of the things I liked most is the piano player in the evenings, he can really make atmosphere of the place

Service was very slow. Some rooms were noisy, right next to residential neighborhood and places of worship that can get loud early morning and evening. Balcony furniture was so uncomfortable. No recreation options beyond small pool. Although there was an option for an in room massage. Suggest a small spa and kids play area. Also consider an infinity pool.

Great location overlooking the ocean for some rooms. Spent a lot of time in the garden. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was ok but signal is boosted is some rooms only.
