    The Manager is very hospitable and understanding. The room sizes are very big and allow easy movement.

    The bathrooms are not aerated. They need to have a breather/outlet opened for air to get out so they can smell fresh. Restaurant ha no printed menu so it is easy for a waiter/ress to mix up an order due to language and accent challenges.

    friendly stuff and very helpful, the room was very clean and the restaurant prepared excellent food

    lack of floormats

    The workers were very receptive & the environment was friendly. The food also tasted good.

    The room was not tidy enough & the room did not have facilities worth the price. For example no fridge, pillow cover was torn.

    The location was cool, beautiful looks good and all the receptionist (except one) were nice and welcoming.

    There were no towels in the room 'executive standard room', and when I requested for one, I was told they are all being washed and none is available. The washroom had no window hence it was very warm in there.
