The staff were friendly and helpful. They personally escorted us to an ATM. They also helped direct our taxi driver when he got lost, driving their van to a rendezvous point, then escorting us in convoy to the hotel.

Poor sound isolation to the corridor and the street outside - if you come on weekend or a holiday there might be a disco close by. They advertise a free shuttle to the airport but kept on asking for a payment.

As a solo female travelling in Ghana for the first time, I really appreciated the airport pick up being included. The staff could not have been any more pleasant and helpful, they were able to give useful recommendations for what to do while I was here. The room was basic but clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. I loved being able to sit on the rooftop terrace and enjoy the view. The Wi-Fi was also great and I enjoyed one evening meal in the hotel restaurant. I’d stay here again.

We did not like having to go to the front desk frequently to gain access to the Wi-Fi, which kept dropping our devices from the network. This was very inconvenient at times. There was also a strong unpleasant odor in the common eating area, so we did not partake in the complimentary breakfast.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Management was responsive in addressing our concerns and needs. Staff also kept our rooms spotless and clean during our stay. Free parking is available onsite.

The safe didn't work. The AC unit did not seem to work at all. I had it set at 17 and the room never got lower than 30. The phone in the room didn't work. TV had maybe 3 channels that would occasionally just go out. WiFi was so slow it was pretty unusable. Overall it was a convenient place to stay but the price, especially in Africa - is insane given all the above.

The suite was very large spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price of the stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was close to many local attractions such as the Black Star Square and Osu Castle, all of which are in walking distance.

There was no warm water in my room.

The hotel can come to pick you in airport, included in the night price, and even is able to provide food arriving late after flight. The room are big and nicely equipped, it's close to the ocean in a quiet area. The staff is very friendly.

Its location it’s in the hood and there is no water view as advertised because tall buildings and trees blocked the view and the ocean is at least 3 blocks from the building. The breakfast was extremely limiting the same thing every day with no other choice on the menu. They were roach crawling on my bed
