Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe rugs in the rooms need cleaning and there were mosquitoes in the rooms. Overall the place needs a good clean and maintenance/repairs to certain areas. It’s being advertised as flat with untenils and cutlery however I had to ask for extra glass, mug & a frying pan which arrived a day after we checked in and for forks which never arrived during our 3 night stay! They show you a breakfast menu but what you actually receive doesn’t resemble it nor has all the ingredients. Some of the staff also need training as when you start asking questions about the service paid but not being received, they turn to ignore you and walk away!
The location close to the airport and mall was great. The security guards were also nice and helpful.

GhanaVery bad kitchen services. Waited for more than 30 minutes for breakfast and it could not be ready. We had to eventually abandon the breakfast and leave. Wondered if they had to go the Chicken farm in that morning to wait for the chicken to lay the egg, before they could bring it back to cook for us. Very poor and disorganized kitchen services. The kitchen team needs serious training and possibly counselling.

South AfricaThe kitchen equipment is not great (only one cooking pot and one pan) and not adapted for a family. Also, there was nothing for basic cleaning of the table (when asked for a proper sponge, I was told to use paper towel 🤦🏾♀️). The staff communication also needs to improve as one staff would often communicate something and another staff would contradict them the following day, which was quite frustrating.
The appartment was comfortable and nicely arranged.

Seems they don’t know what they want, or they don’t understand simple difference between prepayment and non prepayment. They say one and do the other.
