We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was okay but could have been better with some veggies or salad. Location was apt and was exactly what we needed. The front desk was courteous and very helpful. They gave us the best room which was an upgrade from what we originally booked. Overall everything was okay. We enjoyed our stay.

United StatesRoom wasn’t properly clean, the sheets were dirty and itchy. I was given only 2 gb for my stay which wasn’t sufficient for my work needs. The TV wasn’t working, I was unable to shower with hot water, the faucets were leaky, and the hotel attendants were not warm and friendly. I won’t stay in this place even if they pay me to.

GhanaEverytime it comes to making a payment I end up paying more than the price I reserve. They charge me in dollars instead of pounds and I think its narrow minded to expect your guests to pay in a currency that isn't presented to them at the time of making a reservation
