I loved how central everything was and the spaciousness of the room. The room was clean and all amenities were provided. Staff were extremely attentive and kind to us upon arrival making sure our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Before booking I did mention that it was my husband and I's anniversary and if they wouldn't mind decorating the room a bit in which they were happy decorate and help make it special. However, the room was not decorated when we went in. there were no special touches added. This did not take away from our overall experience, which was lovely, but I did feel slightly let down by this.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was especially impressed by the outstanding service from both the housekeeping and reception teams. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk were welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and they were always available to assist with any questions or requests throughout my stay. The housekeeping service was equally exceptional. My room was spotless every day, with fresh linens, neatly arranged amenities, and thoughtful touches that made me feel truly cared for. The staff clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the cleanliness and comfort of the entire property. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in both hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

My stay was amazing—breakfast was included, and the complimentary airport pickup and massage made the experience even more relaxing

good ..clean..nice stuff... however they wanted to take extra on check-in at 12:00! instead of 15:00 .that was ridiculous.
