    To give you some context, we have been traveling for over 600 consecutive days, and we encountered a horrifying situation at this hotel. We arrived late at night and asked if there was a room with two separate beds. The hotel manager gave us a different room without mentioning anything about the price. In the morning, as we were checking out, the hotel owner started blackmailing us. He threatened to call the police and forced us to pay double the price listed on Booking.com. The hotel itself is terrible—no explanation about hot water, and the Wi-Fi is extremely weak. This place is clearly scamming foreign tourists, and we strongly discourage anyone from staying here. We will be addressing this with Booking.com because this is blatant fraud and, in our opinion, part of a larger scam.

Room changes & pricing: When you requested a room you didn't requested with two separate beds, we provided one and informed you of the price and accepted and booked. Our rates are transparent and match those listed on Booking.com Checked out all the guest reviews we never blackmailed or threatened anyone. We simply requested payment for the upgraded room as per standard policy and you refused to pay, I told if you refused to pay, I would contact the police for assistant. Hot water instructions and Wi-fi access are readily available to all guests, and any issues can be addressed. We take allegations like these seriously and encourage anyone reading to consider our many positive reviews. if you'd like to discuss this further, we're happy to speak with you or Booking.com We take great pride in the trust and satisfaction of our guest, and it is disheartening to see false claims being made against our hotel.     The location n staff reception 👌. The receptionist was very friendly n very humble

    There wasnt wifi,the tv catch up only 2 stations. There wasnt bathing soap nor toothbrush.the shower tap for hotwater wasn’t functioning
