    There’s only one swimming pool and it’s poor

    She does not handle it directly, and the way she runs it is unprofessional, unsafe, and misleading.

    This was frustrating and unprofessional. Her unit within the property itself had numerous serious issues: The only reason we stayed longer was because I have two young children, and constantly moving from one place to another was not practical. Additionally, the property was closer to family we knew, which made it a more convenient location. It was not about the quality of her property, but simply about practicality. It is also important to note that she does not live in the country and relies on a cleaning crew to manage the property. Most of the time, whenever we complained, she would send the same cleaner, but issues were never resolved. This was frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself had numerous serious issues: Unsafe check-in Cleanliness and condition: The house was dirty upon arrival. There were rodent infestations, broken drawers, broken irons, a filthy ironing board, dirty pillows, and stained bed sheets. The sofas were smelly and unclean, so we had to cover them with sheets and move pillows to the balcony due to their odor. The mop was broken, the drains in both showers did not work properly, and the showers themselves were faulty. Unprofessional service Misrepresentation:There is no proper road leading to the property; the access route is rough, with foul gutter smells. Only a few people even know the alternative route, which is very inconvenient.
