I didn’t realise it was just a unit in a building, so had to wait after messaging to be let in, and given a key, but only a minor issue. James was very helpful, and only a call away if we had any concerns. He was there within 5 minutes so just message as soon as you arrive.

A comfortable apartment with views of the rock and the Moorish castle and a few minutes walk to Grand Casemates Square. A nice balcony, kitchen and a combination washer/ dryer was convenient as we got caught in a storm. Parking either in the building or across the road.

Flight cancellation caused a desperate search for accommodation. Confirmation and communication was very quick and we were settled in accommodation within 30 minutes

Fantastic location on the Main Marina a few minutes walk from lots of restaurants and bars. Only ten minutes walk to Main Street and also the Airport. Views over the Rock were fab, especially for lunch or in the evening sitting on the balcony. (unfortunately due to a rainy few days only managed that a couple of times). Large main bedroom and well appointed bathroom. Smaller second bedroom but adequate for our friend. Also shower room down the corridor. Kitchen had everything in that we needed and more. Large dining and lounge area. TV with lots of channels. Felt very secure. The pool and outside area looked fabulous and we hope to return to use them one day. James was an excellent host and there to meet us and to fix any small problems that we had. Able to leave our luggage due to flight times being altered.

The floor in the lounge was a bit grubby and so walking in bare feet was not an option. (Feet were black soon after my bath!) There weren’t enough plates and knives and forks which meant we had to wash up rather than waste energy putting on a half empty dishwasher. The bed in the small room wasn’t big enough for my friends and so one slept on the sofa in the end. Perhaps a bigger bed in there? (Mine was fine though!)

A bit expensive

Good location, very nice modern and clean apartment with a lovely view of the rock. Apartment had a smart tv and WiFi Main shopping street accross the road and ocean village, bars and resturants behind at the marina.

A broken window lock in the second bedroom, meaning we couldn't let our child sleep in there, he had the master and we took the smaller second room.

Basically everything is great, only the parking is quite expensive. We found a much cheaper one abroad and I paid around 24€ for three days.

Very good location, great apartment, great terrace with a view of Mount Gibraltar, very nice and helpful staff, great swimming pools for children and a large heated swimming pool for adults, I recommend it

The apartment was really nice. Clean and tidy. - Master's Bedroom with ensuite (his and hers sink 🥰) - 2nd bedroom next to masters have double bed - Toilet/shower - washing machine was very useful, has free detergent too - kitchen is massive with electric digital stove - kitchen utensils (complete) are available - dish washer available - living room with tv - very nice view of the rock from the patio/viranda/deck

Nothing, location of the apartment and the actual apartment was first class.

We were in Gibraltar for Netball Europe Tournament that my oldest daughter was playing in. Location of the apartment was perfect, we were 5 mins away from the netball venue, and only 1 minute away from the marina, which had plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. James our host enabled us to drop our cases and bags into the apartment before our check-in time, he also managed to get our security passes done earlier also. James also sent through a list of recommended restaurants that were close by. We ended up going to 2 of them, and both were really good.

Perfect location to restaurants and shops, distance from airport and use of taxis and buses. Essentials at property to use, saved us having to take or buy items when there. Very friendly polite host. Value for money. Would definitely rebook if we return to location. Great view of the rock.
