I loved everything,it felt like home and host gave me an upgrade due to my birthday.That was really lovely !

in general, everything is fine, and we might stay again and definitely recommend! there are few things that might be improved (not critical): level of cleanliness might be slightly higher in the rooms, the reception area might be slightly tidier. In the room, no bedside tables (that is quite inconvenient)

Nice room, everything necessary was there (many many thanks for the complementary stuff), very fast check-in (earlier than we even hoped), amazing view from a balcony, good location (close to the beach).

The apartment was comfortable, clean, modern and all we needed. Loved the view to the sea. Also the menu in the restaurant looked really good, full of healthy options. That was so refreshing to see! And we parked at the hotel, all perfect. We also used the spa that was included in the booking and was a real bonus.

It is right at the base of the Rock and couldn’t have had a better view. The beach is right across the street and Nikki was fantastic as a welcome.

TV didn’t work for any channels in lounge or bedroom. Didn’t really matter but would have been nice to have that working. Fair walk into town but doable . Windows dirty but understandable due to building / construction work nearby .

Modern, clean with friendly staff. Complimentary beer, wine , bottled water , tea , coffee and biscuits in room. Great facilities - and toiletries . Nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Good food. Close to airport and bus stops . Plenty of room for a family of 4 . Would highly recommend . We will be back .

The tiling on our terrace was not fixed properly and the glass was not fully secure.

The staff, especially Rebecca at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can fault is that the location isn’t perfect. It is fine if you don’t mind walking or using the bus - besides a couple of beaches, everywhere else we wanted to go/see was at least a 10 minute walk away. The buses aren’t cheap but they are frequent and efficient, and there are many stops right outside the apartment.

It was beautifully clean and had some lovely complimentary additions like dishwashing tablets, wine and water. Great location for views of the runway.

Great location, walking distance to almost everything you need. Very good equipped kitchen, washing machine is nice bonus. Spa is excellent.

I don’t think there was anything that wasn’t perfect

We chose this hotel as was right next to the airport for our flight. We ordered food to our room from the restaurant below. We spent a fabulous hour or so in the Spa in the basement. The view and room were beautiful everything you could possibly want or need. Rebecca was in contact with help and advice immediately, and a lovely bonus left for us in the fridge 🥰

Location and view is out of this world from my balcony I could see eastern beach and the rock .There was a washer dryer and coffee machine with all the utilities you could want . Also free wine beer and water in the fridge . Health spa 10/10 and the restaurant is fantastic . The staff reserved me a parking space for my motorbike as I ride over from the UK

normally stay in ocean village when in Gibraltar so little bit of a walk but on the other hand an excellent location for eastern beach which was lovely

The spa facilities were amazing and made a great start to the day. The apartments close to the beach and ideally situated to walk to the restaurants in the main streets.
