I would have liked a bit more privacy as the roof terrace is overlooked by neighbouring apartments. I found some broken glass in the bathroom and cigarette butts on the terrance where the ashtrays weren't emptied. Plus broken crisps under the single sunbed where the terrace clearly hadn't been cleaned properly

The location was ideal with pleasant staff willing to assist and help with taking care of my luggage both in checking in and checking out

They advertise parking on their facility search options. Even garage parking, this is misleading and needs to be removed from their offered facilities. There is no parking nor do they provide parking or garage parking onsite, these are provided by other business locations under 10 minute drive or walk from the accommodation which is notified after you book with a very informative welcome pack.

The property is very clean and modern, it’s not well noticeable from the outside but local assistance was able to direct me to the right door late at night.

the front door lock with code was difficult to operate, so other guests had just left it open. Not sure it worked or just broke when we used the lock code.

Room is much smaller than photos. A bit cramped to negotiate. Bathroom door stuck. No extra blankets, or tea/coffee/milk. WiFi dropped in and out constantly.

The space was confined and there was only one chair to sit inside. However there were lots of places to sit outside, but it was too cold and windy in December. In the spring and summer, this would not be a problem.

The check-in lock boxes were a bit tricky for other travelers we saw arriving but given that it is not a hotel and more like an extended stay accommodation it was very easy for us. No front desk but the staff were accessible through WhatsApp.

The location was perfect. Central to Main Street. The view from the terrace was the best feature of the room. Everything else was simple but inviting.

The room was very small and the wardrobe doors and drawers could not be opened fully due to hitting the bed. The wifi was not working in the room although this was not a problem it was irritating, the owner did attemp to rectify the problem it has to be said.

The building and room was exeptionally clean and in excellent condition. The location is perfect for everything you need in the center but was still very quiet. The terrace was very nice to have.

I thought that for the size of the room it was a little high but, it was in line with all other prices in Gibraltar.

Nothing at all. Would happily stay again. We are moving to Gibraltar in a few weeks so may need some temporary accommodation and it will be great for family to stay.

Apartment was very clean and location was perfect. Good facilities, toaster,, coffee pod machine, microwave and plenty of channels on the TV. The terrace was a real bonus and the staff were lovely. There was also a hairdryer

We never slept the first night due to faulty toilet that had been noted by the landlord (videos are available of the noise the toilet made constantly filling up). They left it too late to fix and had to wait to next day until repair. Handyman was lovely but little sympathy from property manager - late apology offered for ‘inconvenience: caused - we never slept the first night of our stay!!! INCONVENIENCE LOL

Great location, nice terrace. Lift was nice to have. Shower awful, barely a dribble if warm water selected. Small room, difficult to access wardrobe. I sat on outside seat then noticed it smelt strongly of bleach; on getting up found my new shirt was ruined by bleach stains. Only one electrical plug adapter supplied so could only use one of the flat's appliances at a time, need to keep swapping the adapter around.
