The shower head was initially damaged and we couldn’t take a shower when we wanted to, but fortunately that was fixed immediately next day. After 3 adults showered , the hot water tank was empty and the last person had to shower in cold water 😭 Also it would have been nice to have an iron in the duplex. And lastly after spending so much money on a holiday, I didn’t want to walk 1km to throw the garbage bag in the bigger waste bin. Didn’t really feel like doing work per se on a holiday but we did it anyways as the host required us to throw our own garbage

Excellent excellent location, super comfortable and overall amazing property. We were also lucky and got to see dolphins from the room and also from the beach (Catalan Bay) Amy was very responsive when we had some issues in the bathroom and managed that well. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely return back

The apartment is perfect. Spacious, clean, warm, cozy, with the most beautiful view in the world. It is located right next to the beach, under the Rock of Gibraltar. Free and spacious parking. Communication with the host is easy and at a high level. Richly equipped with coffee, towels, toiletries. There is an additional mobile European socket in the apartment. Perfect for a longer stay. We recommend 10/10. We will definitely come back.

Nice little apartment with a beach view. Parking permit for Catalan Bay is a godsend! With the sound of the waves I slept like a baby. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to problems. Very happy to return.

The view was wonderful there was a good restaurant just 40 metres away from the apartment. Bus stops were close by. Taxis were easy to get. The sea was perfect for swimming.

The property was brilliant, nice and clean with plenty of essential items included which made things easy on arrival. When we arrived the cleaner was just finishing off and was very helpful. The instructions given regarding arrival were absolutely spot on. The view is amazing and waking up to see dolphins playing was such a nice experience

The aircon unit was on the ground level on the patio area, which blew out hot air. It's very uncomfortable when it's very hot outside. They could do with a few beach chairs. It also stated you could hire a sup board for £15 for the day. When i enquired, they said they didn't hire anymore and to go to the next beach. We paid to stay on the beach front so we didn't need to travel to a beach. Also, the people who own the only restaurant on the cove that is a few steps away are very, very rude. As this is why we won't be booking this appointment again.

This apartment was amazing. Right on the beach. Bus stop right at the top of the slope, that comes every 30 minutes on the dot. A few minute drive from the airport.

Unfortunately the east side is under development. Both sides of Catalan bay are a building site. The Caleta hotel is no longer there. There is building debris in the bay. There is only one restaurant on the east side. This did not stop us having an amazing time. The views are still epic. I'm sure it will look amazing once completed.

The stairs and steps..not suitable for older people or immobile people. Although we did manage.at 83 and 84 No shop.and bar and restaurant very limited menu and did nt open until midday.
