Movements of people in the rooms above us were a little noisy, but nothing serious.

Hotel Nuka is a comfortable, clean place with a very convenient location in the middle of town. We enjoyed our stay there.

No toiletbrush, but that's it.

Simplicity, in the middle of city but still quiet, elevator if you have a heavy luggage. Clean rooms, good for those who just want to have a place after a long day of sightseeing. No carpet if you have dust allergy or something.

Bathroom was cramped, especially as it was a "wet" bathroom. Room was a bit small. A bit of street noise at night, not fully soundproof.

Very nice, unpretentious place, with very friendly staff. Room was a bit small but comfortable enough. Having a small fridge was nice. Great location in the center of the village. The included breakfast at Cafe Nuka was very good - basic but tasty! The free pick-up and drop-off was an excellent service.

My flight was delayed 24 hours and Hotel NUKA kindly allowed me to cancel without charge. I also had a problem with my room (stuck shade) and they resolved immediately by moving me to an excellent alternative room. Really excellent stay and service!

The staff was very friendly and do their best to accommodate anything that might happen with traveling. They did seem genuinely interested. The rooms are everything that you need.

The location is so good, in the heart of everything. Loved having the wee kitchen dinning area, it's nice not to have to eat out all the time. The bed was really comfy, could turn the heating down and open the window (Greenlanders like rooms hot)... great view of the street from our room, if there was northern lights you would get a great view. Breakfast is across the street and was excellent, lots of food and choice sets you up for the day. Checkin was friendly and informative, leaving was efficient and they took us back to the airport for free.

The staff were all very helpful, they were able to provide information about the area, airport details and activities. They were chatty, friendly and reliable. We were impressed with the whole experience and would use the hotel again.

Small things to improve: Proper blinds would be great, especially since it doesn't really get dark in summer. Our kitchen was equipped with only three totally different plates, two of those were rather bowls... So not ideal if you want cook dinner for two and one has to cut meat in a bowl. Small bin inside the bathroom would be much appreciated by most women.

Very clean place, small kitchen with fridge inside the room, comfy beds, in the center of Ilulissat close to supermarkets, 20-Minute walk to the Icefjord Center, great breakfast.

The rooms were clean, cooking equipment in good condition, and hotel location convenient to key places in Ilulissat. The hotel staff (Kristian) was very friendly and passionate in sharing about Greenland.

There are pictures with rooms with washing machine and dryers, giving the impression that all rooms are equipped with washing machine and dryers. This is not real.

Best location. Very friendly staff. We went three consecutive times to the hotel. They secure our belongings when we visited other places. Transfer to the port and airport are included and we're very convenient.
