Location - difficult to find and you really need to come with own supplies as nearby dinner options are sparse.

The sanitary's door must be fixed, but as I was travelling alone that was at the end find for me. but if a couple would need some privacy that would have been complicate.

The guest is really welcoming, the view is amazing in the middle of the nature I felt been in the a green forest, the place is close to every facilities, everything was quite easy to reach.

It is bright, clean, well kept and secure. Opening the doors to a small but enchanting garden in the morning watching the many types of bird visiting was tranquil. Being able to sit and listen to the sounds of the day was relaxing. Lucette is a host who has no boundaries when it come to help and her joy has no limits. Amazing🙏🏾

Apartment is located in marvellous, quiet place. You only hear birds singing and see beautiful green landscape from the terrace. Lucette, the owner, is wonderful and helpful women. The apartment is roomy, clean and cosy. Big terrace with sun chair, table and chairs let you relax in the sun or in the shade. Few minutes walk to the nearby marina with restaurants and shops.

the apartment has a beautiful view across a wooded valley to Pointe a Pietre . it’s very quiet . it has all that you need. There is a bus at the bottom of the hill that takes you into town

I don’t understand all the excellent reviews for this property. On the plus side, it was exceptionally clean and Lucette was accommodating and had good communication. However, the property is in a location which is not only tricky to access but not one where visitors can wander around and discover interesting things. The property is accessed by an extremely steep slope, requiring caution if you are not sure footed, and the handrail to help is loose and rotten and in grave danger of breaking with any pressure put on it. On the side of the path was a heap of rubble. There is a large patio area, but it is very “tired” and whilst very clean, had very little shade and was untidy. The “nature” area was reasonably attractive, but it is definitely not a lovely view and unfortunately it is a haven for mosquitoes!! (I appreciate these are endemic but they were particularly aggressive here). The property interior is adequate in size but there are many things both tired and broken about it. There is no shower curtain, the sliding door to the bathroom is completely broken leading to a Complete lack of privacy. The publicity implies a second bedroom which doesn’t exist there is a sofa bed, which whilst essentially clean, was seriously stained. We couldn’t find any towels, but they may have been somewhere we didn’t see them. Parking was a bit of a problem. Easy enough to park the car but to get out was extremely tricky. I’m sorry, I would not recommend this property, though communication with Lucette was good.

There seem to be conflicting descriptions about the property. One note says the unit offers two beds, while it actually offers one bed, and one fold out sofa, both too soft in my opinion. There was no shower curten in the shower, so once you get a shower everything else inside the bathroom gets wet, including the toilet which is right next to the shower. The bathroom door was broken in half, so you can’t close the door while you are doing your thing in the rest room. If you are by yourself, like I was, it is not a big deal, but if you are not, well, that would be super uncomfortable. I understand that there are water cuts every now and then area wide. While it has nothing to do with the property itself it would be helpful to get a heads-up by the owner when checking in, just to mention it so you don’t wonder what is going on. Mosquito screens on the windows would make the place a lot more enjoyable. Nature comes with a lot of nice things and with Mosquitos, a lot of them in that area. The extremely steep walkway was not an issue for me, but it could be for someone who is not physically in good shape.

The owner was very pleasant, always quick to respond and she speaks English very well.
