    The rooms location was on the opposite side of the main road, creating a quiet space great for sleeping

    The room was rather dark throughout the day, what made us feel low on energy. Also, the door had no threshold, which resulted in a lot of light coming below the door at night.

    Breakfast was good

    Reception was not staffed. No staff around apart from 1st thing in the morning.. and then only breakfast staff. No one to speak to. The street was dirty with building work outside. Shiower leaked .

    The bed was very comfortable, the room was quite clean and it was very quiet as it wasn't facing the front of the building with the road, but the patio on the back.

    The air condition unit was locked by the property at 19 C which is insane. There was no way to modify that and their instructions (in a text message) were "just press the on/off button to operate the AC". The shower booth in the bathroom was open on the side so water would splash out, PLUS the shower booth was leaking water from somewhere onto the floor nearby the sink. The TV on the wall was neither connected to the property's WIFI, nor did you have any option to connect it in order to watch Youtube or Netflix so if you turned the TV on, you were forced to watch conventional TV channels (that nobody under the age of 60 watches anymore). Also I did not like the complete absence of staff at the property. They claim staff is on site until 3 pm however even when I checked out, there was nobody at the desk.

    the location is perfect it is near the main street and easy to access and all means of transportation is around the corner, the breakfast is delicious with a big variety of food from different cuisines

    actually when we arrived around 1 pm there was no one at the reception and the door was closed and it is only accessible with a passcode which we did not have and we had to wait in front of the hotel for around 15 min until the room service lady opened the door for us and gave us our room key

    The breakfast was the only good thing. It had a nice variety of Greek food, including feta, eggs with olives, fresh salad, savory pies, and sweet crepes. It was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable.

    No one ever checked our documents – not at check-in, not during the stay. The booking was made under a different name, but the staff never noticed and kept sending communication to the wrong person. Room was much smaller than shown in the pictures. Dirty overall: hairs on towels, dusty furniture, dirty floors, stained yellow bedsheets. The room had a terrible smell that never went away. The shower smelled of mold and stagnant water. It was poorly built, with visible holes where water was leaking—likely causing mold. Bathroom had no bidet and the sink was broken from Tuesday until Saturday (check-out day) despite us reporting it. Staff were indifferent and unfriendly, didn’t even greet us or say hello/goodbye. No one was at reception most of the time. At check-out, we mentioned again the broken sink and the woman at reception didn’t care, stayed on her phone, and said nothing.

    The location was great for what I wanted in Athens. I found the experience of not seeing a single member of staff there very strange! I did not have breakfast although I did have a look in the dining room - again no member of staff.

    It is a few weeks ago now - I didn't like the temperature of the room and did not find it easy to control. The bathroom had a lose tap.

    Very poor experience.

    I booked and paid for an Executive Suite. The "hotel" does not have a reception. I didn't receive any email instructions on how to access the property, so I called myself. I was directed to room 302 on the third floor. The room stank like a cesspit and it didn't have a balcony as advertised. I called the hotel number, which is answered by staff at a sister property. They said to me that my room was indeed an Executive Suite, that this is the balcony and that they couldn't do anything (like changing my room) because the hotel was full. I took photos of the "balcony" which is dirty and full of bird droppings and the entrance of which does not open properly. I bought 2 air purifiers for the room. Then I noticed in the hotel's website that the Executive Suites are situated in the 4th floor, whereas we were placed on the 3rd floor. I called back and confronted the staff member about this and he acknowledged that he was misleading in his previous answer. Then the hotel manager got on the line and offered to give me a voucher for another stay, which I refused. The cleaning lady also came but there was nothing she could do, since the bad odour was emanating from the pipes. I decided to stay because I had already paid and I had to attend a venue nearby. The hotel is situated next to a bar, which is noisy all night long. There are not clear signals of what to do in case of emergency (like a fire). The breakfast (very poor) is served in several small interconnecting rooms in the ground floor, where 2 guests at the same time have difficulty entering. The whole experience was very claustrophobic, stressful and disappointing.
