This properties location is prime. It is a few miles away from town so you get the best of worlds. Theres a trail that leads straight to town and we enjoyed taking hikes on that trail.

Awesome location for a quiet family holiday . Away from the noise of oia city with a direct view of subset from the room itself . Sunset spot easily hikeable nearby. The staff was helpful in booking tours and taxi transfers !

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious—we really enjoyed it each morning. The highlight was definitely the sunset view from the pool—it was absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable getaway.

Had an issue with water heater but Konstantinos was very helpful and worked hard to resolve the issue.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were super helpful with helping with rental cars and restaurant bookings etc. the outdoor space at the villa was amazing. A very comfortable stay

The bathrooms were cramped. Maybe a shelf or 2 to put your toiletries would help. And the ability to open windows to let air into the bedroom.

Generous delicious breakfast, pretty view, clean and comfortable accommodations with good bedding and ample towels.

Challenging for older folks: Lots of steps inside the home, many unmarked single stairs that were trip hazards, and no hand railings anywhere. Location itself is a small hike from town.

The service was exceptional. We really appreciate everyone who helped us. Everything super clean, service fast and friendly. We got great recommendations from the staff, and we enjoyed our breakfast. The hotel had free parking and it was very close to Oia.

One of the main reasons why we booked the place was that we thought we would have the sea view of the caldera side and volcano which are located on the west side of the island. In the description of the hotel and its attractions it stated caldera, which we understood to mean caldera / volcano view. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we realized that even though the hotel was located close to the caldera, its front was turned to the east (opposite) side of the island. Thus, we could see Oia’s village and the main city but not the caldera or volcano as we expected.

The place was beautiful and as showed in the pics. The staff was phenomenal. Everything I needed, they were able to do, from booking a taxi to restaurants.

The staff were incredibly helpful with local recommendations. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. The sunset view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location was just outside the famous views of Oia. Close enough to walk, but far enough away to be relaxed and serene. It had a beautiful view of the city. The service was absolutely world class
