The most incredible place , has everything you need There is no pool , but that didn’t matter because the beach was directly across the road and was the nicest beach we experienced in Athens The staff are amazing The size of the room is amazing, like a small house 10/10

I would have appreciated a washing machine in the flat, rather than one single shared machine for the whole complex.

Very clean, significant attention to detail, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds. The landscaping is fantastic, and we loved the back garden for lounging. The sunset view from the flat is amazing!

The only downside was the street noise; the building is advertised as soundproof, so we had hoped for less traffic noise.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we truly wished we had more time just to sit and enjoy it. Having the beach right across the street was perfect—it was beautiful and allowed us to take refreshing swims both early in the morning and in the evening. The location made it easy to relax while still being close to everything we needed. The staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily return.

The apartment is extraordinarily beautiful! In reality it looks much better than in the photos. It is an oasis of peace from where you can see a gorgeous sunset! We chose a 2-room apartment with a sea view. Modern, new apartment, equipped with the necessary utilities for a family vacation. Everything is clean and new. The complex also has an interior garden for relaxation. It also has an underground parking lot where we left our car. The staff is very nice, we received all the necessary information for our vacation from the moment we arrived. They guided us to the nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. In the room upon arrival, cold water, fruit, wine, sweets were waiting for us. Across the road from Olives is an undeveloped beach but quiet and secluded exactly as we wanted. There are also developed beaches 15 minutes walk away in both directions. For traveling to the surrounding locations, shops, restaurants, other beaches, it would be good to have a car for transportation because it is very hot in the summer and it helps more. Some days we ordered food from the restaurants around and it was very good, fresh and at a good price. I recommend Mario Suvoulaki who was extraordinarily good. I congratulate the staff at the reception, from the cleaning for the work and the daily effort they make to keep this place so welcoming for the guests! We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much!

Everything was perfect!

The location si very nice, right in front of the sea and very close to shops and restaurants. It was very clean, modern and well designed! The staff was amazing, we arrived after the check in time and they let us very clear instructions how to get inside! Extremely helpful. When we gonna be around, we gonna choose the same place for sure, it was very nice, I highly recommend it!

For me the location made a significant difference, away from the city, the quietness & tranquility are priceless. The apartment was very spacious & well equiped with all you'll need to make you feel at home. Staff are very kind & willing to help with everything, always with a big smile. a very modern and new apartment. the staff were very helpful as we arrived late and the key codes and cards were easy to find and operate. secure underground parking is great. the apartment is modern and clean and well furnished. only a 10minute walk through some back residential roads to a small town for coffee and resturants. cant fault the place and would rebook for our next visit.

There were some little missing details: Two kitchen towels (instead of one tiny) would have been great especially when you want to use the oven. We only had one wine glass. There was no room for bottles in the fridge. I asked about this via checkout and we were told that it had been broken shortly before our stay and they were still waiting for the new part. But why didn’t you give us the missing part from another fridge from another apartment? Because of October there were hardly any other guests and there had been free lofts/apartments in the building. In addition to that we hadn’t any cleaning stuff like a broom in the apartment. I asked for it and was told to get it by myself next to the reception or a service member could clean it. That was nice, but why do I have to ask for it? We had an orange gym ball in the apartment. Why????? 😅 the woolen blanket for sitting on the balcony was smelly, I suppose it hadn’t been washed for a few weeks. These are all just tiny details and we nevertheless had a great stay, but that’s why we give 9 and not 10 points. By the way: I read a lot of reviews here who were mocking about the location. If you take a look at the map, you will see, that the three olive trees are not central and that you will need a car. We can’t understand, that there are people staying without cars 😅 and: we don’t think it’s the best place for families with small kids because for the beach access you’ll have to drive or walk a short while.

First of all: We booked the loft apartment with sea view. This was fantastic for a couple without kids like us. The view on the ocean and the style of the apartment was gorgeous. The equipment of the kitchen was fantastic, so we could easily cook and grill (the WMF grill was sooo great) during our 3 day stay. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed Netflix on the huge TV. It was nice, that the linen was grey and not white like in other hotels and apartments. We liked the garage for our rental car as well, so we don’t have to worry about it. The staff was friendly and we liked the fact, that we could always write our questions via WhatsApp. All in one it was a great stay for us.

we stayed on the geound floor and the room could be seen from outside if the room lights are up or when outside is not very bright. I do understand there is a trade off as if the curtain is too thick, the natural liight from outside will be sacrificed...

the building is quite new and clean. the staff were very helpful and provided good advice and information on many things to make guests' stay comfortable.

The property was by the coast so you get an amazing view of the sunset in the evening. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby too with a car. Honestly was a perfect spot for a wee holiday getaway.
