Very good quality accommodation, super clean. Quiet location, a short walk from two very good taverna restaurants. We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor at the back and although we did not have particular view to the sea, there were side balconies with pleasant seating for breakfast. There is some building construction closeby (common in the island as most of the quiet spots are getting occupied) but it was not particularly disturbing.

Great location, just in the middle of west coast with great beaches around. Very clean accomodation, coffee , cleaning, beautiful terrace to relax, I would go back there again , naxos as an island also exceeded my expectation.

On arrival, as we were shown the apartment, we were told that the Nespresso coffee pods would be restocked each day for the next day. As we are 3 coffee drinkers, 4 total pods was minimal, but that's what we expected for days 2 and 3. Unfortunately, they never delivered more coffee.

There is some construction happening in front of the building so it's a bit dusty walking to the property. Nothing can be done about this by the owner of course and it's a very and temporary small thing.

Beautifully appointed apartments, friendly host and very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the outdoor shower. Location is very close to the beach and some good tavernas.

We had a great short stay. Just one minute to a nice almost empty sand beach. The rooms are big and clean. The air condition runs smooth and quite. Good wlan. 😎

Our host was fantastic and made us feel at home. The suite was clean and comfortable, and located near great restaurants and beaches. We were provided with fresh towels and sheets and the suite was clesned regularly. I cannot recommend staying here enough.

the hotel was quite empty when we were there. we stayed in the garden rooms which are 4 apartments together facing into a small sunken garden. this might I think feel a bit crowded if the 4 apartments were all full, and especially if there were a noisy crowd using the BBQ. it is also unfortunate to have to note that there is a new building (hotel?) being built right in front of the 9 Muses ie between it and the beach. it looked as if it wouldn’t entirely remove the sea view but it will certainly have a big impact. however, the 9 Muses will still be the same place so our positive comments still hold.

the location is brilliant - right next to the beach (150m?). it was quiet and very well appointed- nice toiletries etc. decent sized rooms with plenty of space (we were a party of two). loads of parking. also very near (possibly 5 minutes amble) to some very nice restaurent/bars. there is no oven BUT there is a fantastic BBQ which you can use. we didn’t but it seemed there was fuel and spits provided.

Everything! I want to live here! We are a group of 5 women, in our 40s, 50s, and 60s. None of us wanted to leave. We fell in love with 9 Muses, the village of Kastraki, and Naxos. The place is beautiful and perfect. The nearby beaches were quiet, the walk to market, bus stop, and two diners was less than 5 minutes, down a quiet beach road. We rented a car, but I would consider using bus system next time as we found driving on the island a bit challenging, though it didn't stop us from venturing inland a few times. If you're looking for a place to relax away from the crowds, this is it! It is about a half hour drive from port. Maria is a wonderful host and very responsive. I did not get the name of the woman who cleaned our room, but she was lovely too.

There are several construction sites very close to the hotel, so there was a lot of noise from early morning until late afternoon. Judging by the stage in which these sites are, the noise will remain at least until the end of the 2025 season. More unpleasantly to us, a barbecue zone was located right in front of our room, inviting the people to spend time just steps from our patio, which felt like a violation of our privacy. The situation became particularly unpleasant in the last days of our stay when two families with small children took rooms on both sides of ours and started spending most of their waking time in the barbecue zone, with children making a lot of noise. People should choose this hotel (or at least rooms "with a garden view") only if they do not mind noise and are fine with strangers hanging out next to them. But if you want a quiet place, look elsewhere.

The place is located very close to the seashore and a nice beach. Our two-room apartment was very spacey and well equipped. The hostess responded quickly to our questions and requests. Due to the location on the ground (actually, a bit below the ground) level, the apartment was cool even without air conditioning.
