The bathroom could be modernized. There is also no hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo so keep in mind to have with you. Also, if you have a light sleep, avoid the two villas from the entrance since you will hear the traffic and sometimes there is a party across the street 😉 (we like sleeping with open windows)

Great location with direct access to the beach. Quiet beach, mostly with pebbles. The villas have a lovely garden and terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. It is quite secluded but you can easily reach other lovely beaches and Kalamata. There are some restaurants nearby, 5 min ride by car and around 20 min by foot.

The perfect location - right next to a great beach, not far from a small village with nice restaurants. The villas are surrounded by a beautiful garden. The apartments are well-kept and very clean, the sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. The owner and the staff made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to our requests. In general, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

There were just a few small things that could be better. The Wi-Fi didn’t always work well when sitting on the sofa, and the sofa itself was a bit firm. The front door has frosted glass, but at night quite a bit of light comes in from outside — maybe a curtain would help. The beach is left natural, which is nice, but there’s a dip in the path from the house that should be filled in. Some umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach would make it perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The welcome was super warm and friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. The place was clean and had a lovely sea view. There were fruit trees around, and we even found a cold bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge — such a nice and thoughtful touch! A new sponge was provided in the kitchen which was a very pleasing detail. The veranda door had a mosquito screen, which was really useful in the evenings. The filter coffee machine has a gold filter, so no need to buy paper ones :) It’s a great place to relax and spend some quality time.

We had a geat stay there. The accomodation had everything, the beach is like 20 meters away. Sea view. Wine, olive oil and olives can be bought just opposite the accomodation. I would stay there again.

I had pleasure of staying at a charming family -run holiday spot that can only describe as a hidden gem .From the moment we arrived we’re greeted with a genuine smile and hospitality by the hosts.The location is unbeatable -a short stroll to the sea with allowed us to enjoy swimming multiple times a day and a beautiful sunrise on a doorstep.It was perfect bled of convenience and seclusion providing us with a serene retreat away from hustle and bustle.

We were there in hot time( +34..+36 daytime abt. +26 night time) 1AC unit is not enough for whole apt. and to cool all rooms you need to keep doors open, so no privacy then.

Beachfront. Not crowded. Natural almost empty beach. We got everything we asked for. Very friendly owner. Nice place. You have to have a car here though. We spent wonderful 6 days here. We liked it, our children liked it. Local fruits and wines are cheap and tasty. There are some hiking trails nearby. Wine and oil farms etc.

Larger cups or mugs for coffee would have been nice. The noise of the neighbour's aircon disturbed us while sitting outside in the evening.

Beautiful and well cared for grounds with mature trees and plants. 20 metres to a long shingle beach, sun loungers available on request but otherwise a completely natural shoreline with views across to the Mani and Taygetos mountains. Simple but stylish touches everywhere. Immaculately clean villa with daily service. Mario hosted us at very short notice and was helpful with suggestions. Speedy Wifi. Off street shaded parking. Cute cats.

The beach is quite rocky. It can also get very windy, to the point of preventing its use.

We needed to rest and here that was possible. It was quiet, and the beach was so close. It was also mostly empty, just as we like it.

Nice location, near the beach. Ample terrace facing the sea. We did not cook ourselves, but there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby villages. You need a car for that

Great place to stay , Mario was the best host & his mother and aunt , the accommodation was spot on very peaceful the beach we had all to ourselves , the sea for swimming and snorkeling was great and Mario let us use his 2 person kayak when ever we wanted . Mario was very helpful with places to visit and directions gave us a guidebook and if you wanted anything you just have to ask , what more could you ask for . Free WiFi free parking and beautiful places to visit. We spent two weeks here and loved it if you want peace and quiet and time to relax this is the place. We went out most days to explore greece and see all the sites most things are 30 min to 2 hours away amazing beaches castles historic sites great food and the local people very friendly and helpful , what more could you ask for. We went away last week in sept first in October weather was lovely There is supermarkets around for all your needs even a big lidls when you get off at the airport which is about 35 mins away. There are restaurants to eat at but you need a car a 5 minutes drive away Would 100% recommend staying here , thank you Mario for making us have a fantastic holiday 😀

Place is at very good location. Marios is doing amazing job and really helped us doing an early check in for us , trying to accommodate us earlier because we were travelling with our 3 months baby. We were provided with an umbrella as there were not on the beach and we did not have. Probably a good place for more people as it is quite spacious with great big balcony with view. Kitchen is well equipped.

The beds where really small, a person of 180 cm height couldn't fit the bed.

The beds, extremely hard, couldn’t sleep well for a week. If you get the apartment close to the road you’ll hear cars all day. The sink on the bathroom was leaking and the shower was clogged.

How easy it is to get to the beach. The calmness and the beautiful gardens.
