This is a good place to stay between Ioannina and the sanctuary of Dodona. Everything works well and the rooms are spacious. The only drawback, in my opinion, is that it is very close to a main road. You don’t really hear the traffic noise, but the location does not give the hotel much of a holiday atmosphere.

For a 4* hotel, I feel that it lacks a lot in its restaurant, I understand that people use the hotel as a stop off and generally travel into the centre for food but the restaurant is more like a cafe and lacks character.Also for a 4* hotel hotel the breakfast is very basic- although there were eggs, bacon etc- it was all cold, the orange juice is a watered down mess , no choice for coffees, only filtered and only margarine available, no butter!!! I feel all of this really let's the hotel down.

Stayed her a few times, fantastic location on outskirts of Ioaninna, perfect if you are road tripping, visiting IKEA etc and is an easy drive into the centre, the rooms are very clean and staff are helpful and polite- beds are very comfortable 😀

Additional payment for SPA entrance - I didn't notice that it is written in booking - we were willing to pay but the Jacuzzi temperature was cold - they turned it on only half an hour earlier so we could not enjoy it - we just went out of SPA, of course we did not pay after all

We liked the hotel; it was very clean; you could really notice the freshness. The room was spacious, the staff was very friendly, and while the swimming pool was small, it was still great. There’s also a large parking area. It was more than just a transit hotel for us.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. It is small and not many European options but then again, the hotel was very good priced including breakfast so we were dhappy with it.

The vibe around the pool with poolbar is just awesome. The rooms were very good priced. Great value for money. We actually extended our stay for an extra day because we loved it so much.

The view from the balcony was not the best, but that is to be expected at this location. While the location might be a factor if you want to stay outside the city, it also means to getting into the city center might take some time, around 15 minutes by car. (But we knew this before.)

Even though the hotel is situated directly next to a major road, at night it is quiet and depending on the sleeping type even quiet enough to sleep with open balcony door. While there was ample parking, due to the location there was only the hotels own restaurant and a baklava store on the other side of the street close by. They provide a nice pool with sunbeds.

We were waiting for a 4-star spa hotel, but actually, the pool was closed. To the spa, we couldn't find the way to order a massage since every day they told us tomorrow. In the breakfast, they didn't have some gluten-free bread as they have in every hotel) and didn't have any alternative for milk,not almond soy or oat milk

This hotel is 20 minutes from Ioanina. It is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable.
