I really enjoyed the hotel, and although I can be quite picky, I have absolutely nothing to complain about here. The hotel staff were exceptional. I also highly recommend trying the massage — usually, hotel massages for tourists are pretty average, but in this case, I can only praise them. The hotel also organized a catamaran trip for me, and everything was handled at the highest level. Thank you to the hotel — I will definitely be coming back.

The property is excellent. The room was super nice, clean and comfortable with nice balcony with hot tub and table where they serve an excellent breakfast

Actually, because of the experiences I had there, I didn't like anything about this accommodation!

There was a terrible loud machine noise in the room, it was impossible to sleep next to it! When we complained and wanted to ask for a refund for the unjustifiably high price for this hotel, they started threatening us! They harassed us with the police, with constant harassment, so that we would not dare to write bad things about the hotel! They intimidated us and the owner tried to force us to report me to the police with false messages! The treatment of guests is terrible and it seems that the staff is also intimidated! Choose another hotel, because there are so many beautiful places on the island!

Loved the attitude of the staff, the choice of breakfast was great and served by the jacuzzi which is at the front of the room. Everything was spotless and tidy, communication with the staff was great and easy Highly recommend

The property was beautiful! Right in Oia, the best part of Santorini. The service was beyond. Only 6 suites which allows them to give you a very attentive and special service. Sonia was amazing and super attentive to our needs, gave us great recommendations and booked everything we needed. Can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely return.

Unbelievable view from the terrace and room. Wonderful calm energy in the cave/room. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and stores. Great breakfast.

Magnificent hotel , have the best location in Oia not in the crowded area , pool view direct to caledra with no obstacles You can see the Sunset Room are very cozy and lovely Staff are very friendly especially Sonia Thank you

Wish they had their own spa services

Perfect location just at the edge of the pedestrian zone. Gorgeous views and beautiful room. The staff were welcoming, helpful and thoughtfully anticipated our needs, like late checkout due to late afternoon flight. We greatly appreciated gestures like welcome drinks and local pastry. Also not to forget the bottle of local wine from the owner. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and hope to return in the future.

Everything was great about this place. Location is perfect, outside of very busy area, but just 3 minute walk to it. View is amazing. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and staff went above to offer great service. Definitely recommend

What a great experience at Abyss! The owner Kostas ensured our stay was fantastic & even arranged a special boat tour of the islands for us. Kostas and staff were absolutely terrific during our stay! Can’t recommend Abyss highly enough!

Great Location with impressive sunset views! The Service is exceptional, the small team goes above and beyond to accommodate! everything was great and the overall experience is incredibly positive!

Loved the minimal, black-and-white, marble, cave rooms. Walk-in shower. Walk-in closet. Great sea view of the entire caldera, visible from the bed. Pretty private and quiet. Cute plunge pool. Best location on the island, in Oia, accessible by car (no need to walk through the crowded alleys every time). Incredible concierge (especially Elena). They made transport, fine dining, and wine tasting reservations for us, even when we decided last minute. Took a lot of time and care to provide detailed recommendations and plan the entire weekend with us. Nice, cute indoor spa area with 3 jacuzzis and a pool.

Definitely we liked the view the most, but beside this, everything was perfect: the room was big and equipped with anything you need, very comfortable bed, very clean. Breakfast is served on the terrace by the jacuzzi every morning and all their options in the menu are delicious. The last but not least, owner and staff are friendly and kind.They helped me to organize a birthday surprise and everything was more than I expected.
