Chris at the reception was the best front desk person I have encountered in my life! He was so friendly & supportive and showed what hospitality is all about.

Housekeeping was less than 5 star standards. They didn’t clean properly and they didn’t organize the room at all. Bed cushions were randomly placed on the couch, bed wasn’t properly set in terms of pillows and sheets. There was no organizations at all. Amenities were never refilled. There was no dedicated conceirge services so we never got the information we need

We were hoping to check in early as we have titanium status, but our room wasn’t ready until 2 pm. They did store all our bags until then, but after a 12 hr travel day we really wanted our room and a shower.

The location is about 15 minute walk from the Plaka. Some streets were a bit dark to walk thru and I would not walk them alone, but we had no trouble. The room was spacious, nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

I can’t think of anything.

Their bathrooms are excellent. Clean. Chic. Lots of water pressure from the rainfall shower head and shower wand. The bed was comfy. The room is cleaned daily, and sheets changed. Big soft bath towels. I couldn’t hear much from the street. It was quiet. The room is equipped with a coffee maker and coffee pods. The lobby bar is cute and well stocked for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. The roof bar is great too, with an enchanting unobstructed view of the Acropolis. In terms of location, you’re a 10 minute walk from central spots like the shops of Kolonaki, the shops on Ermou, lots of restaurants and cafes. The Cycladic art museum is nearby. Metro stations are close. The Syntagma is a very short walk. It’s a good location. The front desk staff was helpful with suggestions and info, including staging airport transfers. And it’s a Marriott property, so you can collect Bonvoy points.

Room window does not insulate the noise from the street.

Ideally it would better if a book of the hotel’s amenities were provided.

The breakfast was fine, the staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly. For our purposes, the location of the hotel was perfect with all our destinations being within walking distance. Finally we were very impressed with the quality of the food in the Japanese restaurant which was only outdone by the view of the Acropolis.m

My partner complaint about the gym facilities, but then it is a hotel gym, and we are in Europe. I got all of my exercise from walking around the city.

Great location as it is very close to the most of Athens's attractions as well as to St. George hill restaurants and bars at night. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure is perfect. And the food and the view at the rooftop restaurant NYX was amazing, highly recommend, especially their ceviche.

Open bar breakfast didn't have many options unless you choose something from card menu.

Very nice hotel, nice location. Clean rooms and surroundings. Spacious room - great for my daily yoga practice. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Great drinks and sushi in amazing rooftop bar with amazing view.

The parking near the hotel have better prices than the parking that the hotel works with. Left from the entrance after the bank.

Perfect breakfast perfect location and perfect rooms. There is a nice japannis restaurant on the hotel roof with a view to the akropolis

Overpriced for what you get, coffee machine leaked and didn’t get fixed after notifying staff. Towels were small and frayed, mattress was sagging.

Rooms are fairly modern, TV connectivity is decent and good rooftop bar.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The taxi service from the hotel was so convenient and I’m glad it was offered, the welcome drink was delicious, the room was clean and spacious and I loved the aesthetic of it. And most importantly the staff were all very kind and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay and everything was perfect. The entire personnel was extremely friendly and helpful and satisfied all our requests. The Wellness areas includes massage, sauna and pool. There was a lovely atmosphere and great privacy. The hotel is modern and all details are thought. It is in the perfect city location, with great restaurants and bars just around the corner. The room was very clean with spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely with large varieties of qualitative products, served with glass of prosecco. We felt in paradise living a dream.

This hotel is truly beautiful! The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located in center but away from all the touristy shops and tourist! Most of all the breakfast is AMAZING!!!!

The music in NYX restaurant- the most incredible view of the Acropolis here - yet the disturbing loud noise takes away from it.

The most helpful staff - we stayed for 9 days so had a lot of interaction with them - great recommendations for restaurants & attractions. Very comfortable beds & best showers.
