On the other hand, the host was kinda bad. We told him in advance our time of arrival. Even though we even took a bit longer to arrive, when we got there no one was there waiting for us. We had to wait almost an hour in an extenuating heat. Moreover the telephone number given was wrong and we could not contact the host for a long time. After we finally could contact him, he did not apologize and actually it seemed like he did not care at all that we had to wait. And the worst of it, the only thing he did was send us a code to open the door. I really do not understand if the entry is given by a code, why couldn't he send it previously to our arrival. Moreover, the house lacked some basics like toilet paper (we were only given one roll) and some other basic stuff. To sum up, the room is nice but the treatment could definitely get a lot better. Quite a disappointment, mostly after comparing with the other amazing hosts we had in Greece.

Inevitably, due to the jacuzzi being in the suites there is a slight smell of chlorine. If you’re sensitive to smells you might want to consider booking the room with the outdoor jacuzzi to better enjoy your time without that little drawback. Also, parking can be a bit tricky right by the property, but we were always able to find a spot just a short walk down the road, so it really wasn’t a big issue.

Our stay at Acave Santorini Suites was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, they were incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything feel effortless. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute drive to Fira, 10 minutes to the airport, and about 20 minutes to the port. It’s peaceful and private while still being close enough to explore the island with ease. The suite itself was stunning, beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. But the real highlight was the jacuzzi, it truly was the cherry on top. Soaking in it was the perfect way to end each day.

The hot tub was AMAZING! And the apartment itself was great. We loved the cave village it's located in. The shower was gorgeous, and the bed was super comfortable.

Bus stop only 15 mins walk away which connects to the airport, fira , Oia and Kamari. Perfect location, away from the hustle bustle. The apartment was exceptional, clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. Loved everything.

The hot tub looks nice and cool but causes higher humidity in the space( there is a dehumidifier in the bedroom through).

Beautiful neighborhood, large living area with a long wooden table, a small kitchen that can be used for cooking simple meals. A bit far from the attractions but we actually walked to Fira (takes 1 hr, not too bad) The host was friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the first floor so I had no views. However, I booked last minute and that's all that was available.

The suites are stunning. They have everything you need. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The housekeeping is on a regular basis or as often as you like.

The stay in the Acave was absolutely perfect. The village is nice and there is a great view from the terrace. We had a room with the tub inside and it was a nice facility to have a rest during the hot day. The host was very nice and helpful

- No frying pane, so that you can’t really cook in appartments. - No kitchenette like normal knife or wine glasses. - No washing machine. - Church bells are ringing quite loud each morning and waking you up at 7:15. - Patio area is basically shared between two appartments with lack of privacy.

We went to Santorini for our honeymoon. The jacuzzi was perfect. The host was extremely helpful. Got us a shuttle to and from the airport, organised guided tours for us. Absolutely perfect trip. 10/10 Would go again.

This is my second time in Santorini. First time i was in Santorini i stayed near the Caldera, although it has a nice view but there were too many tourists. So this time i wanted to stay a bit far from the touristy area that’s why I booked this suite. And to tell you the truth I prefer this type of stay in Santorini compare to near the main area. The suite is beautiful it was clean and had everythjng we needed including wifi. The best part is the mini pool where you can relax in after a tiring day. The area is calm and quiet and it still had the Santorini feel. I would stay here again and i have already recommended this place to my friends.

I loved the room, the jacuzzi, the views, and the quiet, quaint, centrally located village. Santorini is beautiful, but some of the seriously spectacular villages on the island are very busy. They were easily accessed from centrally-located Acave by bus (though we rented a vehicle for part of our stay), but it was so nice to return to our quiet little village and lovely comfortable suite where we could just relax and enjoy the scenery. I can't wait for our next trip to Santorini! We will definitely stay here again.

Location and style of the Suite. The place is amazing. It was very clean, with modern style. We did not find anything that was not as it was described. Near the Suite, there is a very cozy place - Vothonaki, where you can enjoy the tasty food and beatuful wine. Fira is very close. Oia is a must! All in all, Acave Santorini suites are highly recommendable during your stay in Santorini!
