I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay, particularly with your late arrival and the language barrier at check-in. While we strive to accommodate guests from all backgrounds, I understand that not having Spanish-speaking staff at the time of your arrival made the situation more difficult, and for that, I apologize. I also want to apologize for the confusion with the room size and the inconvenience caused by the frequent changes in the access code. We do send these updates via email for security reasons, but I understand how frustrating it can be if you don’t have internet access at the time. We’re working on improving communication to make this process smoother for our guests. Regarding the kitchen and terrace, I appreciate your feedback and will look into ways to make that space more comfortable, especially during warmer weather.
