Incredible stay, very reasonably priced with excellent service and facilities. When we arrived, we had many plans to explore the island but ended up spending most of our time here. Location is excellent, outside of the touristy areas but very well-connected by the bus service (less than 5 minutes away) Food and drinks at the restaurant were always wonderful

we ordered a room with a pool, but a weather was too windy and fresh, so the hotel offered us a room with hot tube instead and it was wonderfull decision! the staff is great, breakfast was good, hotel looks brand new and there is a stunning view from there. we really enjoyed our time

This is an exceptional property. The staff is great and arranges all transportation or anything you need . Kate was exceptional to work with. Resteraunt and bar staff were extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way. I highly recommend this properlty.

Room was clean, spacious, quiet with an amazing view on the caldera. We got upgraded to a room with a jaccuzi that we really enjoyed. Swimming pool is big, well maintained and you can drink a good cocktail while watching Fira. Breakfast is fresh with plenty of choices. Coffee was particularly good. What makes this hotel go from very good to perfect is the staff that was very welcoming, warm and helpful. Overall a quiet Luxury and authentic place where we spent our one week honeymoon and we will keep wonderdul memories. Highly recommended.

I am going to start with the staff, they are just great, they all go above and beyond, they really are lovely. This is very good hotel located in Akrotiri, away from the busiest areas. The room are lovely and spacious, which also includes a lounge with a small kitchen area The room were cleaned daily, and they would leave a little treat and bottle of water every day. The breakfast was amazing, the food was great, and we had lots of choice on what to eat. The restaurant (which is by the pool) offers a view on the caldera, which is very relaxing when this the first thing you see while you are having your breakfast, there isn't better way to start off the day. I had lunch and dinner, and the food was really good, prices are really fair too. The Spa is great too, the atmosphere is so relaxing. Ihad treatment and used the jacuzzi a couple of time I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No tea coffee or milk in room had to ask for a kettle which was supplied promptly but should be there anyway. Very minor dislike.

Lovely resort beautiful views. Staff all very nice and professional. Restaurant fantastic,food excellent. Lovely location in akrotirri and bus stop is a few steps away. Highly recommend this property. Away from the busy Fira but easy to get to.

I would like to give extra thanks to the chef my husband loved the club sandwich & Greek Salad . I would also like to thank Kate at reception . I loved everything!, from the facilities and view (including my private plunge pool overlooking the Caldera), to the lovely and responsive staff (who also helped us plan our itinerary and made arrangements prior to our arrival, shout to the receptionist Kate!), to the amazing food (even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for the airport on the day of departure), to the relaxing spa session, and down to the lovely ambience of the place! It was definitely worth the price and would highly recommend this 5-star hotel to others!

This hotel has everything you would ever want. I already have recommended it for my friends and family if they ever will visit Santorini, to book a room from this hotel. We took the honeymoon suite which was absolutly breathtaking. The hotel itself is located in a nice more quiet part of Santorini (Which I preferred) away from the tourist hordes. The Manager, receptionist and the staff were kind and caring. The Breakfast was good and the overall service was out of this world. I couldn’t even say one bad thing from this hotel. Thank you Acroterra for this unforgettable experience!

Could had a couple of drawers in the room, and buy extra towels for the pool. Plus weird to see an old guy parked in middle of the parking lot and wandering around that is the owner of the place?

Location is great if you like the quiet part of the island and avoid the crowds. Few restaurants and city at walking distance. Stunning view, great large rooms and super clean. Staff very friendly.

More than one local told us this is the best hotel in Akrotiri and I can totally see why. Amazing view of the Caldera and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had only few items but it was delicious.

It was a nice room and hotel. But I would definitely check the island map so you know exactly where this hotel is on Santorini. It's not good or bad, but it is a little far from the more tourist centers of Fira and Oia.

Literally everything about the property was excellent. We stayed in the loft suite with a gorgeous view of the caldera and the sea. The suite had three main view points, the balcony on the ground floor, the large viewing window on the first floor facing the beds (the first thing you see when you wake up is the azure ocean and caldera), and the large terrace on the first floor with the private pool at the edge giving the impression of an infinity pool. The pool is not heated, but the manager mentioned that they are considering adding this feature which would make the experience even better especially during May, when the water temperature is slightly chilly. The second thing I’d like to highlight is the hotel staff. I have seldom seen such amazing staff from the reception to restaurant to housekeeping. In particular, the lady at the front desk (Kate) stands out! She was fabulous, arranged for a private yacht tour as well as an island tour, both of which turned out to be lovely! She was accommodating, and arranged for an early checkin and late checkout, and even packed the complementary wine from the room that we hadn’t tried. The restaurant had a very good breakfast. They can perhaps do a bit more on the seafood side for lunch and dinner menus, but nothing to complain about in particular. The food, overall, was good and we ate several times during the course of our stay. Santorini is too beautiful to see just once in your lifetime, so when I come back the next time, I’ll, for sure, choose Akrotiri over the crowded Oia or Fira, and this property again!
