The view from the balcony, it’s just opposite a space where there’s a building construction.

The apartment is new and well equipped. The cleaning was done every day. Very close to the beautiful beach of Achladias. Teo, the host is very nice and always available to all requests.

Good position, 5 minutes from the beach. Nearby there is a supermarket and some restaurant. Very clean, complete kitchen and comfortable bed. Very warm welcome from the owner. Can be reached quite easily by the public transport bus.

Very convenient location - beach 5min walk, convenient store 2 min walk, awesome gyros shop 1 min walk. Super friendly owner who made sure our stay was comfortable and we got everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

We were very satisfied with the room and location, it is near to the beach, the restaurant and supermarkets. Theo is a wonderful lady and was always available if we needed her. Just across the street is rent a car/scooter shop which I recommend for using on island.

The bathroom is small but perfectly workable. Better directions to the property would have been appreciated before arrival.

Wifi Connection could be better

Theo was very nice and flexible with key exchange, my flight was delayed and there was no issue about that. Room is very cosy, well equipped, clean and is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. 5 minute walk to the beach with supermarket and restaurant nearby. I was pleasantly suprised to have a balcony with sea view and a terrace as well!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Extremely comfortable. The host was exceptional. The apartment was stocked with wine, orange juice, coffee, cream, sugar…whatever you would need in your kitchen. Appliances as well with plates, utensils and cups. If we had any questions, the host was readily available. Apartment was clean with a private balcony.

The apartment is very strategically located, Achladies beach is close by, right next door is an excellent family run restaurant Porta Rossa and across the street is a great grill bar with delicious food (gyros, souvlaki, lamb chops...), draught beer and friendly staff, there is also a big TV to watch sports and so on. The apartment is very clean (cleaning is done once every two days), cozy, tastefully decorated. There are all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, there is a Nespresso coffee machine. We were greeted with water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Parking is available on the property. What's more, the host, Theo, is an extremely nice and friendly lady, who will help you with everything. I had an evening flight, and Theo left another room available for me after check-out, where I could even take a shower, and she brought me a clean towel. Incredible helpfulness - I travel a lot, but I've never met such a nice owner. Thank you so much for everything, Theo, I will definitely be back one day!

Highly recommend. Really nice host, accommodation clean and newly refurbished, everything you need included, cleaning every other day. Great location, near a bus stop, buses every 10 minutes, not far from the city nor famous beaches, short walk to a local beach.

Very happy with everything.

Great location, everywhere within a short walk. Theo very helpful, everything you would want in a host. Spacious bedrooms, nice balcony, clean and well-maintained. If we ever return to Achladies, we will certainly stay here.

The traces of the Daniel Storm were quite visible, around 70cm of mud/gravel destroyed the yard

Perfect location, short walk to bus stop to visit either end of the island. 5 mins to beach with regular water taxi. Lovely apartment with both balcony and terrace, clean and well equipped. Family run business I wouldn’t hesitate in returning again if I ever visited the island.

Adam s house is really good choice for your stay in Skiathos. Is it very close to the nice beach, close to supermarkets a bakery, restaurants and also to the town. We used a boat taxi almost every day to get to the town. We didn t need a car, what was perfect. Theo is a great person, she cleaned an appartment every day, she also left us some food and vine in the fridge, when we come. She also took us from and to the airport. It was so great:)thank you😊

Maybe put a sign for Adams House on the main road.

The owners were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and water. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable with fresh sheets every 3rd day. Well equipped kitchen and good Fridge. Plenty of hot water. Free parking . Just a 5 minute stroll to the cosy Achladies beach and 2 mins to a supermarket. Bus stop no.10 very close by too. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay Theo.

The bathroom was really small, with a curtain which got wet very quickly and all was in water. And the sink also was really inconvenient to use. The room had a view on a construction site.

They cleaned every day. There is a supermarket and a tavern near by, although you have to cross a very busy street to reach the supermarket.
