CyprusThe room we had should be for 2 people rather than 3 as it was a bit small. But I understand that maybe it was due to the high demand in the time we visited. The price was also a bit high, and they should give discount for students.
The view of the beach from our room was gorgeous. The staff were friendly and very kind. The location was also perfect, as it is right next to the bus station.

The breakfast was OK, not exceptional, choice was limited, considering it was included in the room fee, and not an extra cost on top of the room, you don't except it to be fantastic 😉. The location for us is brilliant as the hotel overlooks the Bus station, so for us it's ideal for returning home to our island of Zakynthos, after a visit to the UK, via Athens Airport, better to go to Patra. Also the staff are very helpful and a delightful 😊

United KingdomThere seemed to be some technical unfinished bits in the room,cable hanging from wall in bathroom , Different lightbulbs for the same set of lights and one was not working .
Nice hotel,very close to the bus and train station. The design was nice,different for every room . The staff was very accommodating. The view was very nice and even though the hotel is close to the road,on the fifth floor it was quiet . Also clean room.

AlbaniaI was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was really poor, and the room where it was served was extremely old and unappealing. When I booked, I reserved a double room for two people, but while I was on my way, the hotel cancelled that reservation and instead assigned me a twin room with two separate beds. I had already paid in advance, and when I arrived, I discovered the change only then. Even though I explained the situation, no apology was offered. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

GreeceI have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to its convenient location near the bus station. During my previous stays, when the staff (who were very polite and professional) were present, I paid the agreed amount and even tipped more, as I always do. However, during my most recent stay, I was disappointed to find that I was charged 51.50 euros instead of the 47.50 euros listed on my Booking.com confirmation. When I asked about this at reception, the owner offered to upgrade my room for a higher price, which I declined as I only needed the room for a few hours. Despite this, the final charge was higher than the agreed rate. The issue is not about the few extra euros—I have no problem paying more when it’s justified or as a gesture of appreciation. The problem is the lack of transparency and the unilateral decision to overcharge without explanation. I hope the hotel can address this issue to ensure fairness and clarity for future guest

BulgariaThe hotel smells smoking right from the entrance, and in the room. Rooms are small. A duvet without a duvet cover. One can hear what is happening in the rooms next to you. No sound proof at all. What was supposed to give some heating , the air conditioner, was not working. So it was cold and I had to stay in bed dressed
The hotel is nicely positioned in the center of the city within the walking distance from the most attractions. People, who work there are friendly and nice, doing their best. The cleaning crew even made a towel swan in my room, it was very nice
