Broken AC. No WiFi in the room. Reception was very curt. Leaking bathroom. Holes in the bathroom walls in public spaces.

- no gluten free food even if requested -shuttle bus runs only, 9,10,11,12,13,17,18:00. There is only 5 taxes on the island so getting taxi took always atleast 30min. - classes were dirty and we told them about it but they said its the water ... - Food was average, no helathy options. that much. - this hotel is far away from the city of kos and there is about 1 km to walk from the stop where the shuttle buss droppes you off. by walk it takes 45 min to walk to the city

Rooms were definitely cleaned daily but not to the highest standard. But again, we were only in to sleep and straight back out again in the morning. Beds were always dressed which was the most important thing for us.

Food was ok we always had something to eat. Only issue I would have is the gaps between meals. It says there are hot dogs etc at pool bar but we only ever seen paninis and considering lunch ends at 2:30 and dinner doesn't start until 7 it's not really enough. Room was great it was spacious, a balcony with stunning view and aircon. Also cleaned everyday. Shuttle bus down to the town a few times a day but just be sure to get your name down early as it fills up immediately once released at 6pm the day beforehand. Lots of pools. Kids loved the kids club the staff were brilliant. We had a great stay overall and would happily go back!

The whole stay was amazing. We were a group of 4 guys and had a great time over 6 nights. The staff were instantly warm and welcoming upon arriving at 2am. Instantly impressed with the complex of buildings and it looked great lit up at night. The room was fantastic and spacious. The room was cleaned often and the towels were changed more than enough. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all nicely laid out and the selection was always really good. The staff were absolutely amazing. Whenever we needed a drink Earnest was the man to go to! The entertainment crew were always a good bunch and we loved the darts, aqua gym, water volleyball and the array of evening entertainment. By the end of the stay it was like we were all friends. The music was incredibly catchy too, so much so we had to ask for the playlist so we could recreate the aqua gym In the bath at home. We didn't use the shuttle bus as we just got taxis which were always readily available and pretty cheap into and out of town. Food such as hot dogs and toasties were always a go-to option and even some days they had chicken gyros and burgers freshly made. What more could you ask for!

Food temperature could of been warmer, and choice could be a bit more varied. Also so many wasps.

The food at the restaurant was substandard.The cleanliness and service in the room left to be desired. You could see se signs of limescale into the toilet and they did not provide new towels or soaps . And last but not least, the room was noisy due to some animals (rats or birds ) into the roof. After two days we had to escalate our concerns to the receptionist. However, they said there was nothing they could do without even changing the room. I'd highly advise against it.

I don’t really want to say anything negative because I had a great stay and enjoyed my time there, however my Apartment was not clean upon my arrival, during my stay housekeeping visited daily, but they did not clean, just changed bedding. Half emptied bins, rinsed out cups in Bathroom, Patio furniture and area was very dirty. Although exterior is beautiful, inside apartments are not so. Missing/cracked floor tiles, no phone line, Air Con not consistent, TV no signal, bleached/chemical stains on bedding and some stains on pillow cases. No milk for tea/coffee facilities or spoons. little things, that with improvement or redoing, will make a massive dig fence to overall experience. A lot of Wasps and flies around the Pool Bar and Cafe. Also Restaurant area, which can be off putting.

The staff made the stay! so friendly and helpful! Did all was possible to make the stay enjoyable and relaxed. Spacious area’s, well set out properties in beautiful surroundings.
