Everything was average from the room to cleaning to the reception. Definitely need a reconstruction on that to be honest..

The location is great. It’s literally in the center of the city. There is no better location in my opinion, which is why I chose to stay at this hotel. I expected more from the room to be honest. It was a really suffocating room for the amount of days that I stayed in and when I asked to stay at a balcony room, they were like “oh we cannot give you a balcony. You need to pay 150€ more” and I was like I’m not gonna pay you 150€ more for a bare 3 star hotel. Mind the fact, it was like my 10th stay at this hotel and the last. I paid enough money for you to negotiate with me for 150 more euros. I been traveling to Thessalonki since 2022 and chose your hotel since then. Do the math.

The hotel and the room were really appropriate and suitable for a short-term staying, nothing bothered or disturbed me. The night table had no night lamp, which could "affect" some night reader like me, but it is really a less significant detail in the remarkable general frame.

The position is nearly perfect, half way from the train station and the center, pretty close to a metro station and just in front of the bus stop to the airport. The room was quite small, but quiet (not overlooking the main street), clean and comfortable, with perfectly working air conditioning. The bathroom was perfect size, shower working properly. The staff (24hrs a day) was helpful and polite, the cleaning service was punctual.

The bathroom had a smell from the drain. The bed obviously had a waterproof mattress, which made it comfortable to sleep in. The room is worn out, which is understandable for the price, but there are holes in the parquet, which could be repaired in 5 hours, but that is obviously not the purpose.

The location and 24-hour reception are ok.

The room with three beds was very small. You could barely get past the beds. We had to put our suitcase in the closet. When we had the window open at night, mosquitos flew into the room. I recommend mosquito repellent. The shower cabin is very, very small. It's not really a cabin, just a shower with a curtain. When the running water creates an air current, the curtain sticks to your body.

The rooms a small but ok for a short stay. The breakfast has limited options but all good.

Must say this is the first ever pleace where I have had towels that smells awesome, on softener. I'm quite sensitive on smells so this was a big plus for me. Clean, great staff, great location.

The breakfest. The coffe is terrible. The food everyday the same. There is only boiled eggs, never scrambled eggs and no sausages. So the breakfest is not not really worth it I would say. The olives had stones in it but at least delicious. The room is good and big and the iternet was perfect. But not soundproof at all I could hear the noises throught the door. The guest community is also not the best. Teenagers were running around and some low life kind of guys I could also see.
