Great little flat with a beautiful terrace. The place had absolutely everything we needed for our 1-week stay. Pietro is an amazing host, always available via message, and he sent us tons of useful tips before we arrived. Self check in was very convenient. Very efficient air con. Highly recommended!

The parking space is quite small and a little tricky to get into so there is just need to be very careful.

The house is very convenient and well furnished. The balcony provides a nice place to sit and relax with a bit of view of the sea in the distance. It was an ideal place to stay for a couple of nights.

The only two things which could be better: - Internet connection was slow however, this seems to be a general issue on the island - The parking space for this apartment is very small. We managed to fit a Suzuki Swift with some difficulties. Also, the property/parking lot is on a curve and getting the car in/out of the parking space is difficult if there is traffic.

The HERA apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive and answered our questions promptly. The proximity to the Lourdas Beach and a taverna is a nice feature.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. There was no sea view.

The terrace was very sunny in the morning and it was impossible to have a breakfast there and there is no space for four people to have a breakfast inside the house. There was noisy and it was impossible to sleep with open windows. There was unpleasant smell inside the house. We were Hera groundfloor house.

The host gave us full information about everything - restaurants and beaches near Dream Houses. The house was good equipped.

The road was a little noisy with trucks especially early morning

Didnt expect it to be up such a steep hill , so we had to use a taxi every night to get back , lourdas is ok but not many tavernas and bars so if i came back to kefalonia i would stay somewhere else

It was on a sharp bend right on the main road into the village, it was extremely noisy at times. There was some building work being done in the village which meant huge Lorrie’s going up and down all day which were very noisy. When they were passing g you couldn’t hear anyone speak so wasn’t always peaceful to sit outside. You could hear the traffic inside as well but not so much This is of course outside the control of our host, there was nothing he could have done to change the situation

It was very modern, well laid out, lovely large balcony area with stunning views. The air con was very efficient, having the washing machine was useful. The bed was very comfortable with fabulous memory foam pillows which my neck and back were very delighted to see!! Spotlessly clean, with sheets, towels changed on a regular basis

The apartment is modern and has all the facilities you'd need including a TV with Netflix 😂. The views from the balcony are outstanding and waking up to this view also from lying in bed is priceless ❤️. The beach is only a 10 minute walk, yes it's on a hill but it's not a drama and Lourdata beach is a cracker, sand and stone with clear waters. Loads of beach side dars and restaurants which are all so welcoming. This area is a real gem, quiet and laid back with a real charm. Looking away from the beach and apartment and you have a beautiful view of the mountains, which is only a 30ish minute drive and then you have various trails to walk ranging from 30mins to 4.5hours. The view from the top of Mount Anios looking down on Lourdata is breathtaking. You really can't go wrong with staying here.

Some of the parking slots are tight and hard to use but you can find alternatives.

Position of the property. Close to supermarkets, coffee shops, beach at walking distance. Other beaches easy to access from the property.

There are basically two issues and both regard the location. The Dream Houses are situated on the very steep main road that takes to Lourdata, and on a sharp turn, which creates a very dangerous access to the apartments and an impossible parking ( we witnessed a car accident right below our terrace). We just decided that it was safer to park on a dirt road below the buildings. The second issue regards the noice: By being on the main road to the village and the local beach the road is very busy with cars, lorries and buses.

The apartment was small, but it had everything is needed, included a wonderful terrace with sea view, completely furnished with sofa, arm chairs and a good size coffe table. We basically lived there. The apartment is very new, well decorated and completed with a full size fridge and washing machine, comfortable mattresses and well equipped kitchen. We recommend the upstairs apartments with sea view.

The position of the property on the only road into Lourdas making it very difficult to sit on the patio and relax. Nice apartment, wrong position and a long way from the beach.

Cleanliness and comfort

Building sites around so lots of trucks taking large excavation equipment, cranes , top soil and rubble from very early in a morning til late afternoon. Also young boys riding scooters and motorbikes revving and cars driving like idiots occasionally. Could have done without all of these. Would have liked a more regular linen change. Towels x3 changes and sheets x 2 in 11 nights. Disappointed I had to ask after 4 nights when the cleaner was coming. Despite this we love lourdas and had a really nice holiday.

Nic large shady area to cool down after the hill from the beach. Hotter than normal this year so a bit of a drag but doable.
