What a lovely place. Greatly taken care of, not just another room-to-let. Everything is curated with grace and the owners are welcoming. Unfortunately we stayed for just one night, so we didn’t get to hang out in the little yard. The location is also very good, with a 2 min walk you can get to the old post of Fry where we used to eat/drink. Would definitely come back- highly recommended 🤩

Our stay at Angelica in Fry felt like a warm welcome into the heart of Kasos. The location is quiet yet central, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—with a charming courtyard and traditional décor that reflected the island’s character. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of our hosts—whether it was thoughtful touches in the room, helpful local advice, or simply the warm, friendly presence of the owners, who clearly care deeply about their guests’ experience. Maria, our host, welcomed us with a local spinach pie and even invited us into her ancestral, heritage-listed home dating back to 1850. She shared stories of its traditional features and spoke passionately about the heroic history of the Kassiot people—something she’s determined to see more widely recognised. Angelica offers more than just accommodation—it’s a meaningful, authentic experience. We’d happily return.

Ground floor room with terrace, in traditional style , with amazing historical family knowledge of island. We loved Kasos and Angelicas , with its unspoilt vibe and are looking forward to returning.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beautiful setting—nestled beside the family’s lovingly restored historic home, a true Monument of local architecture. The traditional pebbled courtyard transported us back in time, creating an atmosphere of serenity and charm that made our holiday unforgettable. Maria, George, and Angelica were the most welcoming and thoughtful hosts. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the family, and their attention to detail ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was immaculate, cozy, and beautifully designed, blending traditional elements with modern comforts. And the views—oh, the views! Waking up to the breathtaking sight of the sparkling blue sea every morning was pure bliss. Whether enjoying a quiet coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening with a glass of local wine, the tranquil surroundings made it impossible not to relax completely. This is more than just accommodation—it’s an experience. Nothing.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and informative. They told us lots of ideas where to visit, beaches and villages to see. The room was beautiful, a nice size with plenty of facilities. The bathroom was a good size too, with plentiful hot water. Very quiet location, but then again, the whole village was quiet. It's such a shame we weren't staying longer

All was perfect :)

Traditional apartment, with vintage furniture, very cozy and comfortable for our stay. The location is 2 minute walk from the port of Bouka and from most local shops. Maria, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating, offering many tips and information about the island itself and its history. Hopefully we will be back soon :)

A really pretty old house with lovely decor inside. I had the small studio which was perfect for me and had a lovely terrace with sea and mountain views. Airy and quiet. So nice to be staying with a kind Greek family in a traditional house and village.

There was no double bed as advertised. It's more like a king single. We had booked for a week. After two uncomfortable nights' sleep we left and the owner refused to refund us the 5 unused nights. The owner didn't respect our space. She and two men brought furniture into the apartment, moving other furniture around with our things on them. She would turn the aircon off while we were out and open the window which let all the heat back in. There are plenty of better places elsewhere.
