The beds for 2 people were uncomfortable as they were a combined twin bed rather than a double. Th bathroom was quite small and overall didn’t feel to the highest standard of cleanliness - marks around the sink top and the shower tap needed replacing. I also wouldn’t recommend this property if you’re looking to stay around the pool all day as it’s not always in the sunlight.

The property is located in an area that has a mix of properties but is suitable to access the beach and coastline within 5 mins which is great! The staff upon arrival and during breakfast times were welcoming and friendly. Food was a mix of hot/cold and there seemed to be something for everyone. The room itself was comfortable - with house keeping each day and generally offering new towels and replenishment of supplies such as shower gel etc. each time.

Lack of storage space in room for clothes. No hanging space for towels in bathroom. Big living room area, but very empty, could do with some comfy seating.

No air conditioning in the lobby. We had to wait couple of our hours with 3 kids and it was very hot.

Breakfast was good, the usual, the classics. Overall, a very nice stay. Very clean room, with a very small fridge. The location was very good, not too far from the old town, 20 min walking distance.

Sadly we’re 30 years too old for this hotel. It’s got very young clientele who like to party at all hours which just didn’t suit us.

Some minor fixes in the rooms can be made: there no place to put towels in the bathroom, some minor aspects in the drywall could be improved (I think due to recently finished restoration works something was left behind). In my room the lights for asking for not disturbing or cleaning the room were reversed (green for not disturbing and red for asking cleaning the room) creating some confusion with the cleaning personell.

Excellent position and excellent staff. The staff was available and kind for my requests. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The swimming pool is outstanding. The rooms (at least in the portion I was staying) are brand new.

The only thing that could be improved was the housekeeping staff knocked on the doors even when the do not disturb sign was on. So had a couple of lie-ins interrupted!

The location is excellent. Right across from the beach and perfectly placed on the outskirts of Rhodes Town. The reception staff were super responsive and lovely. We stayed an additional two days here we liked it so much.

The photos can be a little misleading. There isn’t a clear view from the pool to the sea and the views from the ‘sea view’ rooms (well the one we stayed in) are not as depicted in the photos. Some of the nearby hotels are run down but there’s nothing Arte can do about that.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants and a supermarket across the road. The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of hot and cold, pastries, bread, fruit etc. Room was comfortable.

The sea view was unfortunately spoiled by an ugly, almost dilapidated building right in front of the hotel. Even though we were on the top floor, this really took away from the overall experience and the otherwise pleasant feeling of the place. As for the bathroom – the lack of a door wasn’t a big issue for us, but it would have been better if at least frosted glass had been used for the shower. And lastly – the TV. The television was very poor in terms of internet connectivity. Everything loaded extremely slowly, and some apps didn’t work at all. Screen mirroring from a phone or tablet didn’t work either. In the end, we only wanted to watch TV briefly before bed, so it wasn't a major problem – more of a suggestion for improvement. Parking around the hotel is probably the biggest issue of all. Finding a spot anywhere near the hotel was very difficult and quite frustrating at times.

The staff were helpful and great. The hotel itself had good facilities and was very clean. Breakfast offered a good selection.
